Great substitute in a fair price
This is an excellent sugar substitute and I’ve purchased it multiple times already. I mainly use it for keto baking, and the results are consistently great. It dissolves well, has a clean sweetness without a weird aftertaste, and works beautifully in cakes, cookies, and other low-carb recipes. I really appreciate that it’s pure allulose with no fillers or erythritol, which makes it much easier on digestion. The texture and sweetness are very close to regular powdered sugar, so it’s easy to substitute in recipes. Great quality, great value for the size, and it has become a staple in my keto kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone baking keto or low-carb!

The best alternative sweetener except …
The best alternative sweetener available. Zero aftertaste, tastes like sugar but with the intensity turned down a bit. The only drawback for me is that more than a couple of tablespoons and within a few hours I am prepped for a colonoscopy. Completely cleaned out. I have to use it sparingly because of this.

Allulose, the best sugar substitute I know and use.
Allulose is a very good 0 calorie sweetener. It has far less aftertaste than any other sweetener I've tried, and does a good job as a sugar substitute for caramel sauce and candies. It also works well for baked goods such as cakes, but makes cookies come out kind of soft, not crispy. I depend on it for low carb diets. This one was labled as 'powdered', but was actually 'pearls'. They dissolve easily in liquids, but for frosting I had to grind them in my bullet. I also use it for sweetening the second fermentation stage of my water kefirs. I've never had any stomach issues from using it like always had with erythritol and xylitol. Articles say it does not spike blood sugar since humans don't digest it.

This product is excellent; I’ve been using it for a while. I do healthy baking, and it’s the best. It’s the best thing for sweetening and making delicious, healthy desserts; I combine it with erythritol from the same brand. I would love for this brand to sponsor me 🤩

Reliable Sugar Substitute
This has become my go-to sugar substitute for baking and sweetening beverages. While it’s not quite as sweet as regular sugar, it’s a dependable alternative that works well in most recipes. I’ve used it in tea and coffee, and it blends beautifully without any odd aftertaste. When baking, it’s important to note that this sweetener doesn’t crisp up like sugar does. That said, it’s fantastic for creating chewy or moist desserts. Cookies, brownies, and cakes turn out wonderfully soft and flavorful. If you’re looking to get that golden, crispy texture, this might not be the best choice, but for anything else, it’s a winner. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and versatility of this sweetener. It’s a staple in my kitchen for sugar-free baking and everyday sweetening. If you’re looking for a substitute that’s easy to use and tastes great, this is a solid option!

Best alternative to sugar
Not as sweet as sugar, but reduces glucose spikes even when paired with fruit or starch. Mix with some stevia or monk fruit to equal sugar in cooking. It browns baked goods quickly, so watch out.

Best natural sugar substitute
I love a natural sweetener with no glycemic index and no weird aftertaste. Dissolves quickly and I use it in baking and drinks.

Very sweet and very expensive.
I had no issues with this order and I would buy the allulose sweetener from the seller again.
