Review: Fun for boys and girls! - Way better than the Elegant Town Manor, by far! Easy to assemble, my 4 year old did it alone. Mom did the stickers. Pros: Gender neutral, likes about the same as their Legos. Plays for hours on end. 3 levels with roof top. Lots of room for extras. Cute design on cart, table and love the crystal cake holder and cake. Nice cook top and Chef outfit. We had a shirtless bunny so, worked out perfect for us. Such beautiful details. Cons: Stairs don't actually work or lock in to any grooves so, falls over , also in the way of play time. Not enough railing. Too many small pieces so, Glue is our friend. Doesn't come with a little figure but, we have too many bunnies as is. We added a few things to bring it to life and our style. Kids enjoy it and now, I have time to relax and or clean up. W also stacked it so, 5 levels. The loved it and it wasn't too wobbly like that. So far, the best of the Town Sires sets. Review: Calico Critters! Need I Say More? - Such a cute little set!! Even better price!! I paid $50 for this set. Well worth every penny seeing Calico Critters are typically expensive. My 10 year old loves it and was more than happy to add this one to her rather large collection! You won’t be disappointed! Take note before buying, it does not come with any critters. There are so many options to buy those separately though. ## Features - Brand new Town series of Calico Critters - Charming restaurant with spiral staircase - Includes kitchen, furniture, accessories, and chef's outfit - Stimulates imaginative role-playing by children - Suitable for ages three years and above ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B078HR33BT | | Age Range Description | 36 months to 96 months | | Best Sellers Rank | #378,469 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #1,127 in Doll Playsets | | Brand Name | Calico Critters | | Color | Multi | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 644 Reviews | | Educational Objective | Team Building Skills | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00020373230125 | | Included Components | Calico Critters Delicious Restaurant | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Item Dimensions | 12.6 x 5.91 x 13.78 inches | | Item Type Name | Calico Critters Town Series Delicious Restaurant, Fashion Dollhouse Playset, Furniture and Accessories Included | | Manufacturer | Epoch Everlasting Play LLC. | | Manufacturer Part Number | CC3012 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | No Warranty | | Manufacturer recommended age | 36 months - 8 years | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | CC3012 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Players | Multiple | | Operation Mode | Manual | | Power Source | Manual | | Set Name | Calico Critters Town Series Delicious Restaurant | | Size | Small | | Subject Character | Chocolate Rabbit father | | Supported Battery Types | No batteries required | | Theme | Town Series Restaurant | | UPC | 020373230125 | ## Images ![Calico Critters Town Series Delicious Restaurant, Fashion Dollhouse Playset, 36 months to 96 months, Furniture and Accessories Included (CC3012) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81B1zaDsDiL.jpg) ![Calico Critters Town Series Delicious Restaurant, Fashion Dollhouse Playset, 36 months to 96 months, Furniture and Accessories Included (CC3012) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81EU6umCEuL.jpg) ![Calico Critters Town Series Delicious Restaurant, Fashion Dollhouse Playset, 36 months to 96 months, Furniture and Accessories Included (CC3012) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/913zQR1N97L.jpg) ![Calico Critters Town Series Delicious Restaurant, Fashion Dollhouse Playset, 36 months to 96 months, Furniture and Accessories Included (CC3012) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81By5Isht1L.jpg) ![Calico Critters Town Series Delicious Restaurant, Fashion Dollhouse Playset, 36 months to 96 months, Furniture and Accessories Included (CC3012) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91AFBvHQ0oL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does anyone know the Floor-to-ceiling room measurement any level in the house?** A: The bottom floor measures 5 inches from ground to ceiling The top floor is open at the top so it actually goes beyond 5 inches .
