A skincare-first lip plumper with spicy minty kick—pairs beautifully with my VT routine.
A skincare-first lip plumper with spicy minty kick—pairs beautifully with my VT routine. This VT Reedle Shot Lip Plumper is a standout in both functionality and quality. I use it as the final step in my nighttime skincare lineup, alongside VT’s Reedle Shot 100 and PDRN 100, and the results have been chef’s kiss. It gives a full, hydrated and clear natural look that feels more skincare than makeup. The taste is where things get interesting: it has a unique minty freshness that’s balanced by a spicy tingle—definitely not for the faint of heart, but I love the invigorating feel. It’s not sugary or synthetic tasting, which makes it feel more refined and purposeful. As for color, it goes on clear with a slightly glossy finish, and the size is sleek enough to toss in your bag or skincare caddy. For the price, the value for money is there—especially if you’re already using other VT products. It elevates the overall experience and ties your lip care into the rest of your skin-healing ritual. Post-cancer surgery, I’ve been extra cautious about what goes on my skin and lips. This plumper doesn’t just make lips look good—it feels like part of the healing process. A must-have if you’re building a smart, layered skincare routine with intention.

Finally one that burns!
When I tell you that I have the highest threshold for lip plumpers, I am not joking. Finally, I have found one that gives me the burn. I love it so much. It does tend to dry my lips out if I do not continue to use. However, it gives the most amazing plump and fullness. I have almost gone through my entire bottle and I will be repurchasing. It lasts a long time without needing to reapply, and gives a lovely shine to the lips. However, if you are not ready for the burn, definitely prepare yourself. But this is the one for me

It works (temporarily). It hurts but tolerable. It’s rated excellent on Yuka
Firstly let me start off by saying that I’ve had filler in my lips before, but the last time was 18 months ago. I was looking for a product that offered some temporary plumping and this honestly does a fabulous job of that. It’s only a slight amount of plumping but feels like it should be more because it hurts a lot. The pain is like micro needling your lips and then putting lemon juice on them. It burns just like that would. But after the first time I kinda like it. If you’re sensitive to pain then I’d recommend not trying this. It last about 16 minutes for me (I timed it). A lovely side effect of this gloss is that it adds alot of colour to my lips (see the picture I added), I usually have pale lips and always have a lip stain on but this gives them a natural pink flush that’s really pretty. Make sure not to lick this product while it’s on your lips since it stings the tongue briefly.. not like on the lips but still. I always check new products I get on the Yuka app to analyse the ingredients and this gloss is rated as Excellent. I got this on the Prime day sale and I think it’s worth it. I like to put it on and then wipe it off and follow it up with my normal lip products and I feel like it adds some extra pout and colour which I love.

Didnt work for me.
I feel like ive been had honestly lol. I've seen so many reviews of this on tiktok, & even though those reviews were paid, the videos still convinced me. Their before & afters were CRAZY good. I had to have it.... All it did for me was turn my lips pink and tingle a bit. I truly do think it *can* work for some people, I'm just not one of those people. I've used every popular brand of plumper from the 2 big beauty stores and amazon, and id put this dead last i think. Because it hurts enough to flush my lips, but for zero pay off, and this one is the *extreme*. It's a decent price , so I think buying it to try it for yourself won't put you out that much. If you get it on your tongue though, you'll experience the worst taste on earth only to be followed by a tingly, painful tongue. Try not to do that lol. I also have a bit of lip filler already, so maybe that's why it doesn't work for me? I'm not sure about that reason though because I don't have so much filler that my lip lines are gone, so other plumpers work for me fine. Just thought I'd add. Just for the review ticks: it has no smell. Its easy to apply. I like the applicator. Its neat & just a plastic curve.

Holy Lip hell in a vial.
Pros: well, it plumps.... And quite a bit. But... It HURTS. and this is coming from someone who has quite the pain tolerance. It also finds its way into your mouth and it feels like you ate a lipstick flavored habanero.... This one is NOT for the weak, so if you can't really handle the burn/sting, go for a lower level of this brand of plumper... Your lips also kind of go back to normal once it's wiped off in any way, so it's not super long lasting unless you keep applying this little hell-in-a-vial concoction.

VT Cosmetics Reedle Shot Lip Plumper
The VT Cosmetics Reedle Shot Lip Plumper is a great choice if you want fuller-looking lips without heavy or sticky gloss. This Korean lip plumper goes on clear, making it perfect to wear alone for a natural shine or layered over lipstick. The formula feels lightweight and moisturizing, which helps keep lips from feeling dry like some plumpers do. There is a mild tingling sensation after application (expected with lip plumping gloss), but it’s not overwhelming. Within minutes, lips look smoother and slightly fuller, with fine lines appearing less noticeable. I also like that it’s fragrance-free, which is ideal for sensitive skin. The shine looks glossy but not thick, so it’s comfortable for everyday wear. The size is convenient for keeping in a purse or makeup bag. Pros: ✔ Noticeable lip plumping effect ✔ Hydrating, non-sticky formula ✔ Clear gloss works over any lipstick ✔ Fragrance-free and lightweight ✔ Smooths the look of lip lines Cons: – Tingling sensation may surprise first-time users – Plumping effect is temporary (like most gloss plumpers) Overall, this VT Cosmetics lip plumper is a solid option for anyone looking for a hydrating lip gloss that enhances lip volume while still feeling comfortable and wearable throughout the day.

All the ads you see are true
It definitely works. The trick though is to periodically press your lips together to activate the micro needles. Definitely worth the money. Make sure not to get it in your mouth though because it doesn't taste or feel very good lol.

Like Kissing a Campfire
I use several other products from VT Cosmetics and was really excited when I saw they had a lip plumper. Having used dozens of others over the years I expected it to be tingly, if not uncomfortable, with the added spicules. The product itself is beautiful, and I wish it would have worked for me, because the gloss was like glass without being sticky. But nothing could have prepared me for how seriously painful this product is--and I have a decent pain tolerance. Not tingly, not even a chemical burn. In under thirty seconds it felt like I had kissed a clothes iron on high. And the pain lingered long after I had washed it off, held ice on my lips, and put on a thin layer of cortisone ointment. I am only glad it is reasonably priced, because after that, I had to throw it away.
