Not only am I giving the product a 5 star review, but the actual company as well!!! I ordered this Herb Kit, which says instructions are included inside. However, my kit did not include an instruction kit. Confused as to which method to use to germinate the seeds, I contacted the company to ask which method they recommended. Not only did they reply in a timely manner, telling me exactly what to do, but they also sent me an instruction kit as well. It was a complete surprise when it came in the mail and I am very pleased with how they handled the situation. The seeds all sprouted within the first week, some sprouting within a couple days or so. I have them in clay pots and they are doing great! I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

These are great seeds. I didn't do much to them, just sprinkled them in an old wine crate full of Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and gave them some water. It's been about a week and all of them are sprouting, so I am very happy! I don't have a green thumb and wanted a low maintenance way to keep fresh herbs on hand at all times. I have PLENTY of seeds left over so I will probably help some of my friends start little herb gardens as well. Highly recommended. One downside is that the individual pouches are not resealable, but I just folded over the top and stapled them and I haven't had any issues with them spilling.

Opened 2 packs so far and it definitely seems like the seed count is way off. The basil was completely empty. No seeds just a lightweight empty packet. The oregano packet estimates 1150 seeds and I can tell you that mine wasn't even close to that number. I like the packaging and it was a decent price, but it's clear there's very little quality control going on. UPDATE: After messaging the seller they sent me the clear baggies to hold my extra seed and 3 packets of basil for replacement. A+ customer service

I used a seed planting tray I bought at Home Depot. Some of the seeds germinated in one day and all of them within 5 days. Very impressed that each type of seed is individually packaged and has a lot of seeds in the package. The number of seeds depends on the size of the seeds of course. I used tape to reseal the seeds that were left and put them back in the nice zip lock package they came with. They provide a great booklet so you know how to plant each seed, where to pant it (level of sun it needed) and how long it will take to produce. Very pleased with this product.

The seed packages are small, hard to open and have only the name of the seed on them. You have to refer to the included booklet to find out planting information. Of the 8 I planted only the cumin didn't grow. Replanted the cumin and it still has not come up.

Comes in an outer non-resealable pouch with individual non-resealable, smaller packets. All packets are labeled with the seed type however only 75% of them have the seed quantity labeled. The ones that are labeled with the quantity have a sum total of about 2900 seeds. Without opening the packets (until I am ready to use or transfer into another seal-able package) I am unable to verify the claim of 7000 seeds although I would estimate at least 5000 by touch of the remaining packets. What I don't like, is the non-resealable packets. Germination rates remain to be observed.

Super impressed. Within a week everything I planed but the lavender and parsley, 2 weeks in and everything was growing- though only a few sprouts of lavender. (I don't plant all of them) I'm a terrible gardener, but these seems to have survived even me. I put them in mason jars with 1/4 rocks are the bottoms, the potting soil. I just kinda poured the whole packets into their respective jars, and kept them in the bathroom with the light on 24/7 until the sprouted, then I moved them to the windowsill. I'm in an ampartment, so they aren't ever outside- but they are doing great. I can't wait till I can sue them!

The idea is great. But the seed quality isn't great or even good quality. Out of 12 seeds that I've planted only 3 or 4 sprouted out. I planted the seeds of the 12 twice to make sure that it wasn't the product but maybe the growing method in which I was using but than again the same thing only a few grew to only a certain stage and stopped growing. I have two gardens and I'm a experienced gardener.
