What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

I use them for spinning hook kicks so that I don’t hyperextend my knee in a heavy bag. They also teach proper technique by rewarding your kick with a slapping sound when you do it right.

These paddles are great for my grandson. We used these for his karate class. They are great for practice with kicks, blocks and punches.

Great product

So far, so good. This has been great for both punches and kicks. Also use them to test for blocking. This was an inexpensive training tool. It is sturdy, for I have been able to kick the mess out of it and I’ve had it for about three weeks now. Hopefully I do not have to buy another one, but if I do, I’d buy the same product again.

Me sorprendió
