Question 2

Why my dash cam will automatically turn off after 2 minutes even after turnibg off the setting for saver ?

The iZeeker turns on when you start the car.
The video display on the iZeeker will stay on for a short period of time, but it is still recording.
To test, take out the mini sd card and put it in a receptive SD card.
Check out your recording on your computer.  Hope this helps if I understand your problem correctlly.

We hear beeping every 2min or so, is this normal? Can we turn this off? Volume is off, but beeping persists.

Could you please turn off the "Headlight" function in the camera menu to see whether the problem will be solved?

1. This dash cam is currently only suitable for cars with cigarette lighters. If your car does not have a cigarette lighter, please reach out iZEEKER to get a free USB power cable.
2. MicroSD card is Not included. A brand Class 10 or higher 32GB MicroSD Card is recommended. And please format it when first use. It is recommended to replace the card with a new one when multiple reminders for formatting or reach out to iZEEKER for a free 32GB MicroSD card(new).
3. Free replacement accessories like car charger are provided when reaching out to iZEEKER Official.

How does the parking mode on this dash cam work?

🎁🎁This dash cam has two parking modes:
1)Internal Battery Parking Mode (No additional accessories needed, parking guard function just needs to be turned on)
During parking, the camera will automatically turn on, record locked videos when it detects collisions or vibrations and save the videos as evidence.
This parking mode works from the camera's internal battery. The camera's internal battery is designed to last about 5 minutes when fully charged. For a dash cam, a large battery is not safe for use in hot weather.
2)24-Hour Parking Mode (A Mini USB hardwire kit required)
With the hardwire kit, the dash cam will automatically turn on to record locked videos and save them as evidence when it detects any collisions or vibrations. The hardwire kit can ensure the dash cam achieves long-term parking monitoring, not only 5 minutes.
