Great discovered application of the “Reflex Bar”
Product arrived in time and as described. The hardest decision was selecting the 3 vs 5 bars. The bar gets use and several application.I discovered them thru my PT and the extent of challenge is partly dependent on the type of exercise and the intensity of effort. One movement. Reminds of how,as a youngster, we would try to “tear a phone book in half”.There are more movements such as the twisting action of holding the bar with outstretched arms palm down and alternating the palm down action of accelerating a motorcycle with returning it to neutral. The opposite down ward u-shaped bend and extended arms is a variation that works too. Great forearm feel. The ribbing can be used for arch or foot stimulation. I am glad to have discovered this tool. The cost is reasonable for the benefit.

Worth the investment
Solid product. Can't compare to the knock off versions but I'm glad I invested in quality.

Overall, very good product!
Happy with all 3 of them. Used them a few times so far, only had them for a few days. Have a rubber smell and make my hands feel and smell weird after using them. Not a huge problem, just wash your hands after. They get the job done, hope they last me along time.
