I absolutely LOVE this. I bought two and gave one to my fiancé with our two dogs paw/nose prints and then one to my mom with her two cats paw prints. It is easy to use and I was happy with the end result. I’m not super artsy so I didn’t get the clay to look perfectly smooth, but it still looks great. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with glass, it comes with cheap plastic, which already had TONS of scratches on it when I took it out of the packaging (see photos). I think I might buy a picture frame of the same size just to use the glass from it and get rid of the cheap plastic it came with. Besides that, I highly recommend this product and it makes for a wonderful gift! Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time for it to dry (up to two days). I just did one day and put the frame together and then when they opened it there was condensation on the inside, so it definitely needs a bit longer than 24 hours to dry (and the directions do specify 24-48 hours).

I bought this when I found out that my elderly dog was not going to be around much longer- so glad that I did and it arrived quickly. Taking his footprint was easy. Just kneaded and rolled out the "cement" and pushed his paw into it. It came with letter and symbol stampers so that I could create my own design/sayings/dates. It was nice to have it all in one package. It did not dry immediately which was good because I was able to re-do the footprint. Dry 48 hours, add photos and done! It looks really nice. Its light and has a clean look. Although I originally purchased this for a pet, I have thought about getting another to do my grandkids hands with pictures :)

I got this right before my Tripp crossed the bridge. I feel so lucky to have this memorial for him. He was a great dog for almost 15 years and will be so missed. It's really easy to make the prints, just follow the instructions. Kneed clay well, roll it out and make your prints. Press pretty hard to get a good print. Start with the pad and roll to the toes. I think it calls for a 3x3 photo...had to have those made at a photo shop, no big deal, like $9.00 for 6 photos. All in all it's a great deal IMO.

It's challenging to rate something that we needed during such a sad period, with the death of our 17-year-old kitty. This frame and all the kit were great, easy to use, and well-made. The only thing we found frustrating is that the roller stick they give to flatten out the clay in the picture frame makes little divots, so it's challenging to become truly flat. If the clay was a little wetter and/or if there were a silicon mat/press to get a nice clean smooth surface before you make imprints, that'd be amazing. The finished product is great regardless, and we're beyond happy to have a lasting imprint of our beloved fur family member.

I used this with my beloved cat when I knew he was nearing the end of his time on this earth, and it came out beautifully. I now have this keepsake that is really special to me. I recommend this.

Bought this for my dog when we found out she had a terminal illness. The adult kids and I were all very glad to use this keepsake as a tasteful lasting memory. I’d recommend buying it sooner than we did (while the dog was healthy), but do not regret buying it when we did!

Mixing the material was very simple and easy, not messy. I did get ahead of myself and didn't realize to mix the 2 pouches to fit in the frame, but I realized as soon as I mixed the first bag. No strong smells and dried in the 24hrs. Lots of working time with the material to get it just right. Would buy again and recommend.

The frame is sturdy as is the mat. The clay is easy to work with and the stencils provided work great. Clear directions. Even sent doubled sided tape to adhere the pictures to the mat! Highly recommend! 1) If you don't get a good print the first time, go ahead and take the clay out and try again. I did two different dogs so it took me three times! You have one hour to work with the clay. I did find you really need to knead it after each try to redistribute those oils so it will be nice and smooth. 2)Make sure your dog's paws don't have any debris on them. Thought we cleaned them off, but set one dog down for a second to reposition and in that short amount of time some little piece of grit from the floor stuck to his paw and ended up in the clay. 3) I like things to look uniformed if they are meant to be, so I wanted to use the stencils for the dogs' names but I could tell that getting the names straight would be tricky, especially with time ticking away. So I decided to stagger the letters to their names playfully and I think it looks cute! Just an idea. 4) If you aren't ok with a little indentation here or there from a nail, plan this project for after a nail trimming. 5) Make sure you take the protective coating off of the acrylic, it is very thin and I thought mine didn't come with any and that it was cloudy. Seller responded quickly to help me figure it out.

Instructions are so clear. So simple to use. We used these to take my boys paw prints after he passed. Now we have his paw prints forever. Really lovely kit and would recommend to any pet owner

I bought one to do of our much loved family cat, who is still with us! As you can from the picture, it turned out great! It's a great kit that has everything you need to make a treasured memory of a beloved pet ❤️ I will definitely get another at some point!

Great product, I have marked down slightly for easy to use and sturdiness. Getting the dog to stay still was a struggle and as he was only a puppy I felt as thought I didn't want to hurt him by pressing too hard meaning the imprint wasn't very deep because of the clay composition. Would have been easier had it been softer.
