While it is on the runny side, I find it dispenses much like a slightly thicker milky toner/moisturizer, which I believe is exactly what it's intended to be. Other reviewers didn't like the hole-top dispenser, but if you treat it like a milky toner and sprinkle it into the cupped palm of your hand it dispenses just fine and the top is an inverse conical shape leading to the hole opening so whatever is left on the top goes back into the bottle via gravity. I decided to try this product because I follow the creator on YouTube (a licensed dermatologist with stunning skin!) and really love her unbiased reviews, tips and pointers on a vast array of skincare products.
