More then worst product by Amazon
It is very poor quality. Within 3 months compressor fault, and after so many emails in 2 months technician visit and solve the issue then again in next 4 month same issue. And still email written but no response from the company. It is amazon product and I request u all no one buy this cheap product

customer suport toll free number not alive. i have purchase bonkaso water dispenser, it is not working one week. so one year warrenty not complit. so i help you.

Efficient and affordable
This product is cheaper 15-20% from average water dispensers. In the product manual it says it will cool 3 litre water per hour but when I turn it on its cooling only in 10 minutes But the refrigerator of this product is not effecient it will take 12 hrs to cool the bottel Also it's electricity efficient it works around 20 minutes per hour only which saves a lot of electricity

It's a scrap product
It's a worst product..don't buy it This product works for only two days and after that it stopped working.it comes with panel and door damaged. There is no customer service to.escalate the issues.

Wobbling
The product doesn't have good finishing. It's stand legs are wobbling as seen in the video

Best appliance for home or office. It provides hot, cold, and normal water, along with a small built-in refrigerator for snacks or drinks eliminating the need for a separate mini-fridge.. The refrigerator has good storage space, though it is small but you can easily keep your drinks in it. It also has a child lock safety feature which prevents the toddlers from accidental burns. It runs quietly and is easy to clean.
