Amazing Grass - Green Superfood All Natural Drink Powder Original 15 Packet(S) 78504

Ok, I do NOT love the taste on its own, but I had no expectation of loving the taste either. This was a Dr. Oz recommended supplement and I got it especially for business travel, as I do my own 'green shakes' at home. Mixed in with the protein powder I use in a glass of water in the am made drinking it more palatable. It also kept me feeling full and I know healthier during holiday travel. I felt more energized drinking this daily than with protein powder alone. If you're buying it for taste forget it, if you're buying for healthier nutrition especially while on the go, I highly recommend (also recommend mixing it with something else before drinking).

Update: I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Long story short: KETO diet helped me lose weight and also gave me hypertension and high cholesterol. I was given the opportunity to lower my numbers on my own before being put on prescription meds... drinking one packet a day has literally been my saving grace. Of course change in diet helps and adding this just makes it that much easier. I had this on AutoShip but I wasn’t drinking it as fast as I anticipated. The taste isn’t completely horrible but it’s also not something I crave either. I don’t mind drinking it but for some reason I just can’t get myself to drink it regularly so I stopped my AutoShip until I finish this up I have. Like I mentioned in the headline it’s not terrible but it’s also not super amazing either. I’m somewhere in the middle with this one

I've found this actually tastes better than the stuff I juice (apple, kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, carrot, bok choy). I mix it with 8 ounces of apple juice and I'm good to go. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it doesn't completely dissolve and sometimes it has a bit of a granular consistency. But it's tolerable. If I drink it first thing in the morning, it helps curb my hunger and junk food cravings.

With a healthy change, I have been making fruit and vegetable juice/smoothies for the past year and a half. These little packets of greens taste terrible alone, but if you throw them in a smoothie...no taste! I typically only use a third of the pack each day, otherwise the taste is too overwhelming. Try adding in some raw almond butter as well and it helps. Read the back and see the variety of grasses you will find inside of here...and imagine having to pay for all of that at a health food store. This is the best of both worlds, by creating a powder that gives you all the nutritional value. The price is higher, but buying in bulk here on Amazon helps!

The green power blend is one of all brands that I would recommend you to try! I mixed it with chill water 8-12 Oz, love it!! I’s probably because I’m a huge FAN of salad & vegetables so i don’t need to mix it with smoothie or other drinks. The individual packet is so convenient, easy to grab while I travel and give me more energy. Highly recommended!
