A good to great product! Took about 1.5 to 2 weeks to notice anything. Not going to jack you up but will help keep you sharp, provides necessary energy to keep your day moving productively, and will help to keep your edge sexually. I highly recommend this product to all men over 40... i’m 43, and I feel nice and stable as I’m on this product. I did cycle off after 60 days, been back on for 45 days, will go to 90 day mark and take a break just to test the bodies reaction again. No side effects, worth a shot, so try it. I have tried 1 bottle of male health after another product I had been using became unavailable -ageless male softgels. The directions say take 1 or 2 daily, I have been taking 1 daily and am not sure that the benefits are up to what 2 softgels daily of the other product were. Compared to some other supplements, Male Health does not have the after taste so that is a plus, but I find it best to take just prior to eating a meal or snack. I may increase to 2 daily as per the instructions. Generally satisfied with the supplement - adds to energy & libido

43 y/o male at the time of this writing. I am on my second bottle and will be ordering more. I have noticed an increase in energy and libido after using this product for about three weeks. It seems to take a while to get into the system, but the difference is noticeable to me. It's not a wow, holy cow kind of difference, but I notice it is easier to get and maintain an erection now. I've had no side effects that I've noticed. No funny smells or anything like that. I will continue to use as I feel it has helped me regain that edge I started losing. Recommended dosage is one capsule a day. I have been taking two. One in the morning and then one in the afternoon between 1pm and 6pm. I started doing that on the second bottle and it did make a difference as well having that second capsule.

I have to say... this stuff is definitely working on me. Just feel like I'm ready to go constantly. I'm 45, I don't have any real problems with ED or testosterone, I just want a little boost.
