It 100% looks like the photos given. One zipper was initially stubborn but it was fine after. I don't actually use this for an epipen or asthma, but for a different emergency medication where I need to use a syringe to extract from a small bottle and then inject. I also put in alcohol wipes and bandages. I managed to just barely fit everything in (the tightest object I successfully zipped in is 3cm wide. If you want to fit something bigger than that, it probably won't fit).
