Great product
I’m very happy with the delivery, it came sooner than expected. I ordered it to be delivered to my house by mistake, it was supposed to go to a family member in a different state, 3,000 miles away. She loves this and can’t get it in her state. She’s my favorite aunt and she loves to bake with it. It was shipped fast and very well packaged.

Very Disappointing With Sourdough Baking!
As someone who has baked all of our bread ... sourdough ... for over 25 years ... trying this White Lily Bread Flour versus my Gold Medal Bread Flour was a huge disappointment. We will eat the loaves here at home, amd will mix the WL Bread Flour in my GM Bread Flour to use it up. The White Lily Flour loaves are denser. The flour was very difficult to develop gluten when kneading. Baked Breads: A crumb that is ok for our use at home, but nothing that I would gift for the holidays. Value: no value given this is more expensive with inferior baking results. I do NOT recommend this bread flour.

Go-To Bread Flour for Sourdough Baking
I have a hard time finding this flour where I live, so I usually end up ordering it—and it’s absolutely worth it. Performance for sourdough: I use this primarily for sourdough, and it consistently gives me great results. The dough handles well, has good structure, and produces a nice rise. Texture and consistency: The flour itself feels high quality and consistent from bag to bag, which makes a difference when you’re trying to dial in a recipe. Why I keep buying it: Even though it’s not always easy to find locally, I keep coming back to it because I know what I’m going to get. It’s reliable and works well for what I need. Overall: If you’re baking sourdough and can’t find a good bread flour locally, this is definitely worth ordering.

Best Flour Ever
Most stores in my area dropped this brand after COVID, but it is the best flour for baking. Glad it is available online!
