Great Value! Samsung Quality!
I purchased this model for a second home. All the TVs in my primary residence are Samsung and I am devoted to the brand for a reason - great picture and a quality TV. I confess that I am not a fan of the ever shrinking remote nor the solar charger in this model, but those issues are so minor compared to the fabulous picture at this price point. The unit is ridiculously thin with surprising sound quality. WiFi connection is flawless. I also use an OTA antenna for local channels which completes the cord-cutting. One other ding that Samsung should pay attention to - raise the leg stands just a bit so your sound bars fit under the screen without obstructing the picture at the bottom. This is an issue not unique to Samsung. Be sure to set the picture according to your room lighting. Out of the box the picture is garish - typical marketing, but some quick adjustments to Movie Mode, and some other tweaks brought an extremely good picture and color quality. The mat screen finish reduces reflection reasonably well. Another feature that makes this TV a great value.

Beautiful picture, OK sound, this one is a keeper
This purchase was one of my more pleasant Amazon experiences. First thing to know, I live alone. There is NO WAY I could have gotten this monster TV into my car, let alone unload it at my house. No problem! Amazon to the rescue. The white glove service was fantastic. The men came with the TV and brought it into my house. They took it out of the box and put it exactly where I asked them to put it, then they removed all the cardboard and packaging so that it wouldn't be out by the road for the trash people to pick up. This is a significant plus in my book.Another plus is the TV itself! The pic is fantastic, although I did have to get a sound bar due to the native sound not being that great. In fact, the native sound from the TV was pretty not great at all. But the picture! OMG the picture is amazing. If you're shopping for a really good TV at a really good price, this one is it.

Great option!
Tv is better than I could have imagined. I’m a review checker before I buy most anything and this one had good reviews with a few things that were complained about. It’s crystal clear clarity, great sound quality and options make it definitely a good buy!

Good value, lacks optical output, has slow apps.
Great screen and colors. Ok menu design but slow loading of apps. No optical so not compatible with Sonos without an eArc converter which I had to purchase. I replaced the flimsy cheap remote that is not compatible with IR devices like Sonos with the previous generation IR remote and I can easily control the TV, Apple TV, and Sonos with it. No need to buy into the Samsung symphony (yet) since my Sonos has a lot of life in it still, but I’d consider it for tighter integration and not having to use the converter and free up an extra hdmi port in the process. The TV tries pretty hard to sell you subscription services for partner channels like all TVs these days, and quite prominently shows the Fox News App which I will never open. But aside from that, it works great with my Apple TV and has a feature that remembers which device was last watched, so when I power on it starts on the Apple TV each time. There is a game mode which I don’t use but has a bunch of cool options and changes the menu system. I think it was moderately worth the price but wish there was a way to turn off all the advertising. For a simple setup it’s Ok, but lacking optical in 2025 is quite a fail. I wouldn’t change my decision because I’m quite technical and have a background in audio and IT so can work around the limitations, but for an average person the lack of features like optical port, may funnel them into the expensive Q symphony sound bar purchase too as the on board speakers are pretty lacking in this TV. All in all it’s a good TV but for the price I think at least should have included an optical output.

For Delivery ONLY buy TV From Amazon
Best TV I've ever had. Super easy to set up and great picture. Amazon delivery was the best. Samsung is super easy to hookup with Comcast Xfinity Cable Box. BEWARE local, big chain discount stores who deliver from store - even when they say it will be shipped! They farm out delivery to independent drivers who bring TV laying flat in pickup truck. Surprise, surprise, it arrives with a cracked screen. I learned this the hard way. Big pain in the butt. I will only buy TV from Amazon in the future.

GREAT TV, GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE
Excellent picture, sharp and clear with much less screen reflection than our 9-year old Samsung TV. Also the"Deluxe Delivery and Unpack" guys were super-nice and went even above-and-beyond in unpacking and getting it set on our credenza for us. Very satisfied with the service.

Makes Great Computer Monitor
Bought this because of the specs to use as a computer monitor. I did not want to spend a ton of money, but the real cheap sets are not ideal for monitors. This fits that middle of the road bill. Works great as a monitor and 43" is a perfect size for on my desk still, I would not want to go any larger.

Great Quality
Tv looks fantastic. Picture quality is great. The only things keeping it from a 5 star review are the lack of an optical port and that sometimes the simplest menus take forever to load, such as the sound settings, and it can be annoying.
