I really enjoyed my first bottle of MaryRuth’s Hair Growth Max Liposomal. The taste was like caramel almond, perfectly sweet, and the liquid color was a light golden-brown/camel shade. When I started my second bottle, it was completely different — the liquid was transparent and much sweeter. I also opened some of my other bottles and found they were the same as the second one: transparent and overly sweet. Now I’m wondering, which one is the correct version? I loved the taste and color of my first bottle, but the others taste and look very different.

This is my first time buying Hair Growth Max from Amazon. I usually buy it from Sprouts or Target. This will be my 4th bottle I believe. I love this stuff and swear by it! It is a bit pricey but I know it’s worth every penny! And the cost has been a reminder for me to take it everyday. My hair has never been so thick and my skin has never had a glow like it has now that I use Mary Ruth Hair Growth Max. The taste is good to me. I usually just squeeze the bottle in my mouth in the morning and then eat breakfast. For some it may be a little on the sweet side but to a sweets lover… it’s perfect for me lol! I wish Mary Ruth’s would send me some samples of products and I’d definitely take progress pics to prove the products work! I do extra DoorDashing when I start to get low to pay for my Hair Growth Max. You will see in my video that it really works. My hair could actually be a lot longer but as a former licensed hair stylist I hate raggedy ends after I wear my hair in braids for 6-8 weeks with a week break in between! Invest in yourself and the health of your hair. It has been a huge confidence booster for me.

I was originally using their Daily Liquid Hair Formula but switched to this because I feel like I get better results with it. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my hair density, especially around my hairline, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I was off of it for about 3 weeks while on vacation, and I could actually tell a difference after stopping—my hair seemed less dense around my hairline. That was enough to convince me to keep using it! I hated the taste when I first started taking it, but I’ve actually gotten used to it and now mix it into my morning coffee. I also haven’t experienced any weird GI side effects, which is a big plus for me, especially since I no longer have a gallbladder. The only thing I don’t love is that the oil tends to rise to the top. If I forget to shake/mix the bottle well before using it, I end up with a whole tablespoon of oil in my coffee! I honestly can’t see myself being without this now, and I have it on subscription. It’s definitely VERY pricey, and I really wish it were more affordable, but for me, I’ve noticed enough of a difference in my hair density to keep using it.

I haven't taken this long enough to notice any difference, but I have been taking Mary Ruth's products for several years with great results. I will say, This almond cookie flavor is DELICIOUS!! The best flavor yet! I take this and the Liquid Hair Formula (blueberry Pomegranate flavor) together every night before bed. I have been taking the hair formula for one to a year. The 3 Pic collage is from '24, '25' and '26. In 2024-2025, I was taking the Liquid Morning bottle (orange). In eary 2026, I started with the liquid hair formula (blueberry pomegranate). I have had some pretty good hair growth with these with regular trims every 8 weeks or so.
