Excellent Benefits!
I rarely write product reviews but this methylated multivitamin is exceptional. I have been taking it for over two months and it has provided noticeable improvements in alertness, stamina, strength and overall wellbeing. I no longer feel any need for an afternoon nap; I perform better in the gym, and I find it easier to focus for longer time periods. Of all the things I have tried for these same benefits, this one is by far the best.

Good, basic multi and a good price
I have used several of this company's products. I love that they are simple, clean, and affordable. This is a very basic multi, methylated so good for those of us with the MTHFR mutation. Affordable and this bottle has 240 in it! No issues with digestion, etc. and I saw no difference in my energy levels, but I have taken a multivitamin for years so hard to gauge anything except a lack of negative affect.

Women’s Multivitamin
Micro Ingredients Pure Methylated Women’s Multivitamin deserves a five-star rating. It’s high quality, easy to take, and feels well formulated. I like that it uses methylated forms, which makes it feel more thoughtfully made and easier on the body. Overall, it’s a solid multivitamin that does what it’s supposed to do, and I’m very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable women’s multivitamin.

Beware of Vitamin B12 being too much for your needs!
I was really happy with this vitamin. It was easy to swallow with no taste, but I recently had blood work done and they said my Vitamin B12 was way too high. I’m not sure why it would be so high in a multivitamin. So now I have to stop taking it. The doctor said it wasn’t good for my B12 to be so high, so I’m not sure who this multivitamin would be good for.

Very good product!
I am very impressed since someone told me to use Methylated vitamins. I have felt good and have not been sick since I started over a year ago.
