Fresh gummies
This bottle did have fresh gummies that weren’t all stuck together like other vitamin gummies I have bought and n the past from another supplier

Easy to take and seems well-absorbed
Easy to take, yummy flavor. I recently did a search to see if there is any difference in the efficacy of gummies vs. capsules or tablets and learned that studies show they are equally effective. I have a lot of trouble swallowing capsules in particular, and my favorite brand of d3 plus K2 only came in capsules. I have only beeen takng these about six weeks, but so far I seem to feel the same. My doctor only tests vitamin levels twice a year unless she suspects a problem since insurance generally doesn't pay for vitamin lab tests. By then I will have taken these for more than 3 months. If my readings are not as good as my last ones, I will post it as an addendum to this review. Right now, I am satisfied that they meet their specifications

Too high a dosage
10k international units is extremely high in one dosage so I only take one, only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. It shouldn't be promoted as 2 per dose.

Buy them!
I absolutely love these! This drink has an excellent taste and I can definitely feel the effect. I take about 7 of these supplements every morning and then treat them as a little treat to enjoy at the end of the day.

Tasty
Love these d3 gummies. Taking them my daughter brought up her numbers from 25 to 68. She takes 1 every day and 2 some days. Taking 1 every day keeps me in the 50s so I added the 2nd gummie for the winter.
