Very helpful with improved mood

I like the supplement and have ordered it twice. I have definitely felt a difference in my sleep quality and overall better mood. I am not quite sure about improvement in pain relief or anxiety. Capsules are not small but not very big either. They dont have any smell or taste. I like that one bottle is good for 90 days and is quite reasonably priced.

I read about the benefits of saffron and decided to try it! These pills are very small, powder filled capsules. So you can open them and pour it over or into something as well. I can't speak to it's health benefit effects yet, I just started about 5 days ago. But I am thinking I do have a little boost of energy! I don't drink coffee, I literally wake up and drink like 30oz of water right off the bat. So a little energetic boost was noted! Especially when I'm chasing a toddler on vacation! I recommend taking this in the morning! I like the bottle, it's easy to open, easy to read & understand. The capsules are great because they're small and tasteless. It is also just one capsule a day! Perfect! I also take multivitamins, so less is more for me - haha! The value of this bottle is incredible! I couldn't find anything comparable to this price point, quality & being only one pill daily. I definitely recommend this Saffron product & I hope they continue this good quality product at this amazing price point! :)

I love the idea of taking saffron but I don't think this is the best option for it.

This specific saffron has TREMENDOUSLY helped me with anxiety and depression!! I lost my bottle on a vacation and went over a week without it and I felt the difference let me tell you!! It was a very hard week. This absolutely helps better than SSRIs. It also helps my diet. I don’t crave yucky food as much and I just feel overall soooo much better and productive and happy. This is a fairly cheap bottle to buy compared to others so don’t hesitate to try it! For me, this worked like a charm. I wish I knew about it sooner!!
