Regular table salt belongs in the garbage because it’s just lab made sodium. This stuff is great. I put a pinch in my water 3 times a day and literally drink half the water I used to. Plain water does not hydrate you properly. I have an RO system and this is a great re-mineralizer. This salt is healthy for you and good for blood pressure too. Makes food taste like it should. Best salt to put on a steak!

Its good salt. Tastes great. only downside for me is that its got high natural moisture content, and it clogs up my salt grinder so i have to smack the grinder to get some to come out. so you have to just sprinkle it or grind it by hand with a mortar and pestle if you want fine. They do sell a find grind version so if you want to use it like table salt, thats probably the better option.

I got this salt after Barbra O'Neil recommended it for electrolytes. It is a nice way to get nutrients rather than using a packet. There is a lot of salt and should last a long time!

This salt is great. It's not as harsh as regular table salt. It does have double the flavor though, it's almost hard to describe it's very clean & natural tasting and fresh it hasn't zero smell a little bit slightly smell of the beach but it dissolves fast and it has 80+ minerals in it that naturally occur. I feel it's of great value to me lol.

I bought two supplement with my fasting, but now I use it for cooking also. I like the texture and flavor.

This salt is amazing! It makes everything taste so much better. It brings out the flavour in anything you cook and makes it taste exquisite. Yes it comes with moisture. It’s pure sea salt. It’s supposed to. I see people complain about this, comment after comment. It’s an easy fix though. If you want to use it in a salt shaker just put half a cup of salt in a container with a bunch of rice, shake it every day for about a week and it will take the moisture out. I use a mesh strainer to separate the salt and the rice. I use mine in a salt shaker all the time with zero issues. If not enough moisture is not removed to your satisfaction, then separate the salt from the rice, put the salt back in the container with more rice and do the same thing until you are satisfied. In my opinion, it is well worth it for what you get from this salt.
