the customer service was great i had a question about installing the mirror and they were so prompt and easy . i love the mirror . i tried other led mirors on the market but this is by far is the best. i highly suggest if you need a fancy look in your bathroom .thank you guys

Gorgeous and elegant look
It never disappoint me when I bought this product. The quality of it is superb. Works really great on our master bathroom renovation. Only 1 downside, in my opinion, about it was the plug 🔌 included. It was too bulky. It would be great if it is angle and slightly thinner so that it won’t leave gap in between wall and the mirror. Other than that, the product was superb.

I’m editing my original review. Update
After submitting the review, the customer service department reached out to me and found the root cause of my problem. They sent me a replacement right away, I reinstalled it and it’s working perfectly. I’m still a bit frustrated with everything but I was really impressed with the customer service department and how quickly they sent a replacement. Now that it’s working appropriately the mirror looks amazing. We love it. Original Review: I loved how this product looked and everything about it. I installed it in our half bath and it worked for one day. Afterward, it started to turn off the light and turn on anti-fogging (like it had no memory of the prior setting). I changed out the switch (it was installed on a dimmer switch) thinking that was the issue. I put in a regular switch and the malfunction continues. I'm going to return it.

An absolute favorite
It’s so beautiful, and impressive. I returned a smaller mirror and spent the extra fifty bucks on upgrading to this bigger one. Worth it. The edge is also very premium. Some LED mirrors come without the metal edge, not the same effect.
