UPDATE: After my initial review I was contacted by customer service who was eager to resolve the issues I had. To my surprise the replacement bag I received was far better than the first. In the pictures you can see the original bag and its compression sacks on the left and the new bag on the right. The only thing keeping this new sleeping bag from five stars at this point is the zipper. It is very thin metal and I don't think it will last. However, the downfalls of the original bag that caused the initial break of the first bag have been remedied. The differences between the two bags is clearly visible but in detail they are as follows: 1-The fist bag was a slick material (see original review) which detracted from practicality. The replacement feels more substantial and while it doesn't have a grip from the pattern that would be preferable it is significantly less slick. 2-The biggest problem of the original bag was the zipper and the inevitable bunching from the thin material; this combination made a broken zipper almost a guarantee. You can see in the new bag that has been fixed with the addition of a substantial material guard sewn in. It keeps a separation between the thin material and the zipper itself. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, the zipper is still a very thin metal. It will certainly do better than the original with the material divider but that thin metal pull is a worry, we'll see in time. 3-My favorite part of the original bag was the compression sack. It is better still on the new set. You can see the material matches on the exterior bag so the new sack has the more substantial and less slick material to match the sleeping bag. The straps are also much thicker so they don't slip after cinching things down, very nice. 4- Big surprise here was the black inner bag. You can see from the picture by the wrinkles just how much thicker and just how much better this bag is made. If this new bag is any indication of their quality control upping their game based on reviews I would say they are on the right track for sure.The sacks are nice and the bag compresses nicely but the zipper broke with the first use and the inside texture is so slick that if you're on any kind of slope you will definitely slide around. I got this bag for a hammock sleeping option. Obviously with the broken zipper and slippery surface that is not an option.

I was impressed with the fact that it was easy to get back into the compression sack.I was in the rain one night and never got wet.The next morning the sleeping bag dried out as it was prepared for rolling, allowing me to roll it up and store it without fear of mildew.It is lightweight and easy to travel with.However, though the nights were not cooler than 45 degrees F, I would not have been warm enough without sleeping in heavy pants, several layers of upper garments and booty covered shoes. All within the sleeping bag.A radiant barrier type material incorporated into the sleeping bag material would help this.I also had radiant barrier padding under the sleeping bag.Finally, the color. I know it sounds trivial, but I do not like green or blue colors. I chose the green as it was the best of the three choices. I would prefer red.Even tan, camouflage or orange would be better than blue!

This is not the softest or most comfortable sleeping bag I've ever owned, but it is lightweight, comfortable enough, and kept me snug all night.I haven't tested it in any dramatic temperatures yet, but living out in Southern Cali, I really just needed a product that could keep me warm on a chilly desert night out or, on the opposite hand, be light enough not to roast me on any sweaty summer nights. I think this one will be able to handle both.I enjoy the built-in phone pouch, and the color of the sleeping bag matches my tent perfectly. I am 5ft petite, and the bag feels like a massive, cozy cocoon. The scrunch sack works nice and I can depress it down to almost half it's regular size, making it super convenient to strap to the outside of my 40l pack.

I was skeptical when I ordered this bag, but have been very impressed. There are a couple of things to keep in mind with this bag. As with any bag, the temp rating is not the same as a comfort range. I would use this bag in temps above 50. I would also not use this bag for sleeping directly on the ground. Inside a tent on a sleep pad or in a RV would be perfect. It does fit into the provided sacks if you roll up the bag like they taught you when you were in boy scouts. It stores in half the space of a comparable priced bag, great for car camping in a crossover or small suv. I had expected the zipper to fail as it feels rather weak, but it has not given me any issues. So used in the correct environment this is a great bag.

I have used this 6 times now. It is a decent sleeping bag, but I will probably replace it due to its size. I am 6'-0". It fits just fine for height. The problem comes if I zip it up fully, it is too small for me. I have a 46" chest and can't get an arm to also fit in the sleeping bag and still move. I am typically too hot and find this works for me down to mid to low 40s overnight. Since I can't get my arms in, on a colder night I will throw my woobie over my arms and I am just fine for the night. Warmer nights I will just not zip it up.

Great little bag for the money. It isn't the smallest or the warmest sleeping bag out there, but it is perfect for a family taking their first backpacking hiking trip on a summer weekends. I bought three of these, on for me (6'0", 200lbs), wifey (5'1", 115) and Jr (4"0', 80) and we all for well, stayed cozy and could pack it away the next day in our packs. The extra stuff sack plus my extra clothes made a great pillow. Compression straps helped get it pretty small in the pack. What more could you ask for at this price point? Recommend

I am glad I got these.

I am a 5'11" male 220 pounds, around 45 inches at the chest area. Took this camping bag out at around 4 degrees celsius weather with 3 layers of shirts. The sleeping bag fit but was tight around the chest area. Lengthwise it was perfect. It also did not provide enough padding/insulation when I was sleeping on my side. I felt cold, and had to use heat pads on my back. it would a comfortable sleeping bag for someone smaller, and at a warmer weather at around 8 degrees celcius. the black carrying back was impossible to putback on.

Need for cold weather hiking. Contacted seller as requested. No reply. Will not go back into compression sack. Has to for strapping it to my backoack. Has loose thread sewing on Velcro area. Very thin material. Tried it and not much filling. Nice colour blue.

The polyester sleeping bag is very warm and hard to compress to fit back into its carrying bag. The zippers are located on both sides of the sleeping bag which makes it easier to get in and out on either side. Overall it is an ideal sleeping bag to use for the cooler nights.

This product is very light and compact. Fits me and my puppy and kept us more then comfortable. The vent at the feet was a nice feature as i get very warm in my sleep. Highly recommend this product as it is very portable and light weight.

Compact and light for motorcycle. Warm as advertised to 0 degrees. But when zipped up I could only fit 1 arm in with my torso. Had to keep swapping arms to keep warm.Great if you are very very thin... not for average adult size.
