My 12 year old bought this set with his birthday money. After looking at a Spyra he decided to take the plunge on this knock-off. Minus a few mediocre reviews, it was rated fairly high. It arrived next day and was out of the package in an instant. First impression was instant surprise at the build quality. It's well made, doesn't feel cheap and looks great. He was able to easily charge/load the battery, fill with water and discharge strong, even bursts. We were both impressed with the distance of the bursts. It launched as advertised with some bursts hitting over 30 feet. The real test was to see if my 6 year old could operate it. Loading the battery will take some practice but I'm sure he will get it. We did not experience any leakage or other quality issues noted by other reviewers. Both kids could fill the reservoir with ease. Loading takes seconds but the fun lasts much longer. Day 2 showed was a repeat of Day 1. The boys look forward to many days of water fun. Each highly recommend this set. The oldest gives it a major thumbs-up for value for money. I must say I second that.

Update: the company has been great about making things right! They have been a delight to work with. So changing my review to give stars. The gun is great now and has been loads of fun! My 10 year old was so excited to spend his birthday money on this. Unfortunately, it only works about 20% of the time. So now we are hoping to be able to send it back and get our money back.

We bought these water guns for our kids, and they’ve been a big hit. They are super easy for small children to refill and use, and overall they feel well-constructed and durable. The battery lasts a good while, and they hold a charge well, which is great for longer play sessions. Our kids have a lot of fun using them in the swimming pool, and they can easily reload the tanks on their own. They’re very user-friendly and work really well for casual water play. The only downside is that they don’t shoot as far as advertised—definitely not up to the maximum range mentioned . So if you’re looking for long-distance shooting, these may not be the best option. However, for pool fun and backyard play, they are fantastic, and we really enjoy them overall.

Worked okay once, then second time it was used it just kept pumping to fill the water tank, so could no longer be used. Shame as was good the first time.

UPDATE: Seller reached out and sent a replacement. Very impressed - fantastic service! One gun stopped working within the first five minutes. It would take up water and fire the air. We looked to see if the water line was clogged - it was not. We checked to see if the water line wa s clogged, it wasn’t. Bummer for kids fun - did not work.

It works I guess. A lot of the times shoots out blanks. And it leaks very heavily out the front (unless propped straight up it will leak out the tip) but on the upside it shoots semi far and is perfect size for if your playing water assassins. Only problem is it won’t consistently shoot before you shoot something you need to have a test fire to make sure it feels like shooting. Overall 20 bucks is 20 bucks but defintley buy a pump shoot gun if you want range as realibitly

This is the water gun to buy. It’s well constructed, durable, holds a big charge and is easy to use. Once the kids (ages 3 to 6) learned how to reload the tanks properly, the fun was immense! Definitely a back yard or pool toy that gives hours of energy burning fun. Would highly recommend.

We purchased these in May 2025. They have been excellent toys during the summer. Easy to recharge and use! We had a trigger error with one of the guns. I contacted their support. They replaced it no questions asked following a video documenting the failure of the trigger. Great purchase and even better customer service!
