Excellent
Excellent. Really easy to use. Tasteless and textureless. Absolutely no issues for me with SIBO or IBS. No bloating - unlike most fibres. Helps defo to make regular etc. And I read it does wonders for probiotics, feeding the good guys.

Great - and rare! tasteless - fiber for better gut health
This is by far my favourite fiber supplement, as I find it works extremely well on constipation without generating the opposite effect - if you see what i mean. 1. It is tasteless which is a big benefit considering the other alternatives that taste like perished medicines, 2. The ingredient list is pretty clean and natural: 100% guar fiber (extracted from the seeds of a legum commonly used in Africa) 3. I find this powder mixes quite well with hot drinks such as coffee and tea, as well as water. However do not mix this with wine, soft / fizzy drinks, or fridge-cold water as I find it then doesn’t mix well and thicken the liquid. 4. I have IBS and find that low Fodmap diet is what works for me, and this supplement doesn’t give me stomach pains like other inulin fiber supplements.

Very good at what it does, but a little pricey
Only giving this 4 star due to the cost. If closer to a tenner then it would be 5. It states that you should take 5 scoops a day! The most I have taken is 3 and that's more than enough. I go from 2 to 3 a day depending on how poorly I have eaten the day before. This has helped greatly with the bloating and the bunged up feeling. As it works a little too well, if I'm out for the day I'll give it a miss the day before. All in all very good, just a little pricey even on subscribe and save.

Follow instructions accurately!
It is an wonderful item, it does work perfectly. However, I just want to raise awareness with something that happened to me. Make sure you follow the instructions accurately because if you diluate it in less water it can block your esophagus. I could not take enough air not even trough my month, I could not breath at all and I passed out. This is what happened to me when I put to much of it and not enough water. Stay safe and follow instructions!

Gives Me Loose Stools!
I heard a nutritional therapist recommend hydrolysed guar gum as a prebiotic for building up bowel bacteria. I have a low bifidobacteria count so did a guar gum search and this product came up. Unfortunately it makes my stools even more loose than what they already are! According to the blurb it's an ideal laxative. Probably more suited for people with constipation??? However, we all have a different microbiome so this product might work for you. If it works, it's ideal for adding to smoothies etc because it doesn't taste of anything. It's a very fine white powder, comes with a scoop and needs mixing carefully to avoid clumping, but you can eat the clumps off the spoon if you don't mind that sort of thing.

Always on my food list
I am a changed person since beginning to use this. I've been working on various aspects of my health for over 6 years and this is one of my game changers. Bowel movements amazing. Bloating much better. Gas gone. Don't hesitate to try this. I take about 3 grams in water before every meal. That's sufficient for me and I've been using it for about a month now. It tastes of nothing. It doesn't gloop up like many fibres do in the glass, it mixes well in water. Go for it if you have any bowel issues. Normally I was a little constipated.

Making things easier
Definitely helps with making things a big lump if you know what I mean. So it helps to get things out at one go, which is very nice is consistency is what you are looking for. But it hasn’t helped with bloating. It’s tasteless and dissolves better with warm or hot water. All in all I’d keep on taking it just to make things easier to come out all at once.
