Works good and the quality is impressive for the price point

Grounding mat is amazing after standing on my feet all day this is so nice to come home to. Very relaxing and makes any aches and pains slow go away. Well worth it.

Cant tell a difference But Nice Quality

I placed this mat at my desk and stepped on it while I worked for about six months. It wore off my area rug underneath. However, I couldn't tell you whether it made a difference because I didn't notice any.

Works as advertised but in the end was not practical for us

I was checking a grounding at outlets in the house. While at the grounding mats we purchased I pulled the grounding wires from ground in sockets and disconnected the little button from the mat to check the wire. First one showed zero continuity like there was no wire between the ends. I checked the second one and had the same result. I was using a quality multimeter for all tests. When testing wall sockets I was checking grounds between sockets and main ground going to copper pipe that goes to 120' deep water well. Multimeter lit up like Christmas tree bulb at in the house grounds. Absolutely zero with these apparently useless, garbage grounding wires going from the mat to the wall.

Returned others that had the thickness of a t-shirt. This is a full 3mm thick just as described. Could not be happier.
