I need to drink more water, and this was the support I needed
My water intake increased dramatically after finding out about MIO. Doesn't do anything for energy. The best value deal is the combo pack. Flavors ae all great too

Taste great
Love the taste of Mio Blueberry Lemon. I like that it hydrates my body and is caffeine free. It’s an okay value for the money.

Keep making this flavor!
I love this flavor! It is really strong and sweet so you don't need much. It is more blueberry than lemon, so I mix it with the lemonade flavor sometimes.

Taste is good
If you’re worried about the taste, it’s good. It kept me hydrated by making me want to drink water. I will say that after some use, I did start to get sick but that’s most likely due to the Sucralose. Be careful on how much you’re using.

Awesome flavor, but I didn’t notice any calming effect
I don’t know about Weather. It makes me sleepy or calmer. I don’t notice any difference. However, I do love the flavor. It’s blueberry with a hint of lemon without too much lemon. It is such a refreshing change from some of the other flavors that so many brands have. It’s my new favorite.

Lovely unique flavor
Mio is always one of the best values for the money, one of these can last me weeks. Use is simple. You just pour in a few drops and water over top. Flavor is unique and top notch, not sure what was supposed to be "unwinding" aside from a tasty beverage but I'd buy it again.

Tasty and easy to use
I have been purchasing mio water enhancers for years, and was surprised to find that they started producing a version with sleep-enhancing qualities. They are tasty, easy to use, and have zero sugar. These particular ones are caffeine-free and do not impact your energy level, but I do notice being slightly sleepy after consuming it. It's easy to mix in water seltzer water.

I really hope they keep banking this because it is my absolute favorite I live on it everyday and I'm a diabetic and it causes me no problems.
