You have to find it carefully when you take out the item from the package because it is there to protect the ring. I usually use that before using the actually 3M sticky from the ring itself just to find the right placement. It comes off easily. Use that as a tester to figure out where you want to put the ring since some people might want it either in the center, or lower, or even higher.Once you figure out the right location you want to place the ring, just take the double edge sticky off and then you can actually use the 3M sticky that is directly on the ring and secure the position. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I got a fidget spinner instead *by L***O on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2018* Maybe I didn’t read the description properly for this item, but I didn’t realize it’s a FIDGET SPINNER, as in it spins FREELY.
