I’m 36 and love to stay active and workout. Sure this doesn’t taste amazing but most liquids don’t. It’s a smidge bitter, but you can mix it in with actual pomegranate juice, just a small an amount like a morning shot. My hair grows fast anyway so I can’t comment on that. What I can comment is how it’s made me feel personally, which is great. I have some more energy and movement. It’s a good price for what you get. Does need to be refrigerated. Super easy to use as I feel liquid works for me quicker and better than gummies or pills. Feels good quality and thankfully doesn’t upset my stomach. All the powders upset my stomach. It mixes well with juice. I love that it doesn’t contain biotin because that gives me cystic acne, and it’s hard to find vitamins without that these days. I also take a liquid vitamin c and in combo I love how I’m feeling. No breakouts.

I like the flavor. It dissolves well in water and taste good by itself. I've been using it for a few weeks and my skin feels better already.

This has a terrible taste. If you remember when you were a kid and you had cherry flavored Sucrets throat lozenges that is exactly what this taste like. Its terrible. I tried mixing it with several other things to try and hide the flavor but its so over powering that nothing seems to cover the chemical flavor. Sadly for me that is a deal breaker and I can't use it.
