CalmingBreath Cotton Yoga Mat Bag

I'm pretty disappointed with this bag. It's not comfortable on my shoulder, it's hard to get my mat in/out of, and the color (dark blue) doesn't look very nice. Maybe I just had high expectations based on all of the reviews, but I'm not at all pleased with this bag. But then again, it's just a yoga mat bag after all...! I'll be buying a new bag though, so for me, this one was pretty much a waste of money. I gave 3 stars though because it's not expensive and again, it's just a yoga mat bag, so not really that big of a deal. All in all, if you want a cute, comfortable and easy to use bag, then you probably have to spend more money.

I ordered this on the strength of other positive reviews and to be fair it's a nice enough bag - however, someone else pointed out that it can be quite difficult to get the mat in and out of the bag easily because it gets 'stuck' to the cotton fabric. It got too frustrating for me so unfortunately I've had to return it. If you have any difficulty with your hands such as arthritis etc I think it would be better to opt for a zip up bag instead.It's made well enough and has a handy zipped pocket inside. I opted for the green colour which was quite an olive/army green - it did look a bit like an army 'kit' bag!

I bought this yoga mat bag two months ago and I am extremely happy with it. I bought the navy blue which matches the same colour as my yoga prolite mat perfectly, so goes very nice together. The mat bag provides plenty of space for my mat making it very easy to put the mat in and out and there is also extra space for a towel as well which is great. My mat is quite thin but this mat bag would fit all sizes of yoga mats as there is plenty of space. The hidden pocket is great for keys and gym card and money, plenty size to fit all items. The strap on the bag is very comfortable and it is adjustable so you can wear it several different ways. I have not washed the mat bag yet but I expect it will wash well as the material in the mat bag is of high quality. Would highly recommend buying this mat bag as it provides great protection for the yoga mat and it's very practical as well and the material is high quality.

This is a really great mat bag. The colour is really Vibrant, exactly as pictured. It arrived promptly and it was well packaged. I use it for my manduca pro mat and it fits perfectly. The only drawback is that the rolled mat loosens up a little whilst in the bag making it a bit tricky to get out. I'd say that I will get around that if I secure the bag with elastic first. Overall very happy with the bag.

I honestly don't know why this bag has such good reviews when it is just too difficult to get the mat in and out. This is a fundamental flaw and would just drive me mad being tired after Bikram and having to wrestle with this bag to get the mat back in. Returned straight away along with my partner's bag.Perfect for those who appreciate aesthetics but would like to burn more calories after their yoga practice!

Nice quality bag but I didn't realise how difficult it would be to get the mat in and out of the bag when I went for a cotton bag, it just keeps getting stuck and takes ages. I've now swapped to a strap instead. The bag has nice features tho like the little interior pocket, just not for me.

This is a nice well made bag with a useful storage pocket / flap at the top. Fits my extra large mat comfortably and the shoulder strap is adjustable and solid.

Fits my Lululemon 3mm perfectly with a little extra room for other things.
