These pain relieving patches work like a miracle. I have cervical spondylitis wherein I have severe radiating pain near my elbows and shoulders. Applying this patch relieved me almost 90% of the radiating pain. Also helped my hubby with his tennis elbow pain. Highly recommended. The patches fall off on their own within a few hours of application. We used them for legs including knees and ankles. Perhaps they do not fall off on flat surfaces like backs, not sure yet. Edit: The patch fell off the back too!! Revising the rating to 1

Though it relieves pain the gel is not sticky enough. It would have been a great product if it sticks well to the skin!
