They are cheep and work good for seed starting and growing the plants. My peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers (container varieties) are currently flowering and one cucumber has produced. So far its great for the fruit stage pf growth too. At least for the plants that I am growing. I would recommend them for anyone starting out or just looking for a little extra help with indoor plants. I will say for micro greens they are fantastic.
