Great to forearms, couple with some supination and pronation work

This is accurate to size, my olympic weight plates fit. The clip is strong, I find this very effective. The lower bit of the rougher for grip, however not too much that it would effect you doing full rotations and wrip your skin.

Grip, wrist and forearm strength is really important. This helps tackle the latter.

Came later than expected, but seems a decent bit of kit.

Estoy entrenando antebrazos y este aparato va muy bien para ello, además fortalece la muñeca. Eso sí, tienes que comprar a parte los discos con un tamaño especial por donde va la barra.

Tolles Trainingsgerät, das überraschend effektiv ist. Vom Prinzip her ist es wie eine „halbierte Hantelstange“ 😉 – sehr simpel, aber genau das macht es so gut. Man kann gezielt Unterarme und Griffkraft trainieren, ohne viel Setup oder Platz zu benötigen. Die Verarbeitung wirkt solide und das Gerät liegt gut in der Hand. Gerade für kurze Einheiten zwischendurch ist es perfekt geeignet. Mir gefällt besonders, dass es unkompliziert ist und trotzdem einen spürbaren Trainingseffekt hat. Fazit: einfaches, aber sehr effektives Tool für Unterarme und Griffkraft – macht mehr Spaß, als man denkt.
