This thing will self destruct
The product worked for a day, and then literally blew up.. the thing came apart and caught fire, and water was going everywhere.

Does not get to temperature for a small sink
I would HIGHLY recommend looking for a different unit. I tried this unit for a under the sink water heater and the temperature never got about 79 degrees. If you barley turn the water on it will get to 120 degrees. Save your time and effort look at something else.

Works great and space saving
These are so good! Instant hot water and no tank to worry about we live in a cabin and this is space saving love it

Not hot with decent flow!
This is for sinks only, do not turn the water on too much, or you won't get hot water.

Doesn’t work
We had a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber install this. Still does not heat. They have no reason except that the unit we received is faulty. Cannot return as we’re outside the window. Didn’t hook up until construction was complete. Ordering a new one as it meets our needs. Hope the next one works

Didn't work
After installing this, neither my electrician or plumber could get it to work. Eventually we gave up on it and replaced it with a name brand version.

Not satisfied!
It doesn't get hot, unless I open the tap just a little. Very little!

Easy to install, heats water quickly
I really like this electric water heater. It's very easy to install it. It's a nice small size so it fits anywhere in my 5th wheel that I want to put it. The water gets hot within seconds, and is so convenient. It works so well.
