This was honestly such a cool experience. Being able to see my scalp up close was really eye-opening, and the image quality is surprisingly clear. The app gives helpful insights and makes it easy to understand and track my scalp condition over time. The only small downside is that the device connects through WiFi instead of Bluetooth, so I had to reconnect to my regular WiFi after each scan to see the analysis. It’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect the overall experience. Overall, it’s a fun and practical tool for anyone who cares about scalp health and doesn’t want to spend a lot of time or money going in-store for checkups. It’s convenient, easy to use, and definitely worth trying.

This is a scam I want a refund zero stars Dear Lush Hair Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with my device. I have been unable to connect it to my WiFi network. Every time I attempt to set it up, I am prompted to connect to an email secure device network. I have tried this multiple times, but I am concerned about the security of this connection and do not feel comfortable using it. Given these connectivity and safety concerns, I would like to return this product. Please let me know the next steps for a return and refund. Regards,

It didn't last long- purchased in August 2025 and stopped working by mid April. Not certain if 8 months is great when it's used approx 2x's per week? I love the scope for what it does (quick scope, photos, clarity). I would have given 5 stars-but deducted 3 for the lack of longevity for $100 and no way to connect with the company. I did purchase again (annoying) since I need it for travel purposes. I have a high end KC Technology scope for in clinic and that's AMAZING (but def a different price point-over $2500).

It’s a convenient device that I can check my scale health at home! I like that it provides personalized care recommendations based on your results. Overall, it’s a helpful tool if you want a deeper understanding of your hair health without booking a salon or dermatologist visit.

I actually use this device in my scalp spa! I wanted to try something that was more compact being that my space is so small. The images are amazing plus because it’s connected to my phone. My clients actually get to be a part of the process by taking the photos while I analyze their scalp before and after the service! Super happy with this purchase!!!

Horrible analyzer, cant get close to scalp bc it doesn't focus , have to got a little over the scalp to get a clear view no matter how you set it you cant take a clear picture placing it on the scalp directly.

Not all that doesn’t provide a clear view requires you to move it so many times to even get a clear picture. I don’t recommend this for salon settings because it takes away too much time.

The scope do not work because I cant download the app. Do not purchase this item.
