Does it clean white vans and white Converse?

White Vans YES!!!! Have not tried on Converse. However it should work, Great shoe cleaner.

Does it clean rubber soles?

If you read about this cleaner, one of the many things It guarantees is to clean leather soles. My white Skechers are new, and I haven’t needed to use my cleaner. However, I was at the doctors office and one of the nurses wearing bright, white tennis shoes told me to get this cleaner for my white shoes. I ordered some immediately.

Does it work on vans??

Works on most shoes but if they were white you’ll have to buy a stronger kit

Do they work on blue suede shoes?

They have worked on everything we’ve tried, even carpet stains! I can’t say we’ve used it on blue suede specifically.
