Great product, fast shipping
Setup was not hard. Sled comes pre assembled. Took 5 days to get to me, which is good considering it was thanksgiving holiday. Would recommend to others Loaded this with 855 pounds and the machine was flawless while doing leg presses. My daughter and wife love the Jack squat. Overall a great quality machine without any frills, with a great price.

Excellent product, frustrating directions consisting of mostly pictures.
Pros: The product arrived quickly in 3 large boxes on a pallet. The item is almost at the commercial grade level, sturdy and strong. I am proud to have it and no longer need to spend money on a gym membership. Cons: Though I correctly assembled the item, it took a very long time, most of the day. This was due to instructions that were mostly pictures, no written instructions aside for labeling of the screws and items. This became confusing at times as there were a couple of pictures of screws and washers that were not labeled on the diagram; which led me to have to guess/assume which washer or screw to use. Thank God I guessed correctly, but you should not have to guess when you pay this much. They should have had pictures and written sentences, as black/white pictures can be misinterpreted at times. Alternatively, they could of had step by step instructions through the app Bilt. And there were no supplied tools for the assembly like many products in include. Overall I would still recommend the purchase just be prepared for frustrating sometimes confusing directions.

The parts are not labeled for identification and easier assembly!!
I purchased this leg press machine and was very impressed with its craftsmanship and effectiveness for the money.. It has a multi use feature for sitting and standing leg press to give each workout movement maximum results. The only negative point l want to mention is the assembly process isn't straight forward and quite frankly cumbersome and very time consuming. You will definitely need a second person to assist in the assembly process .

Rocks my socks
The quality is phenomenal. All of the bolt holes lined up just fine. The sled came pre-assembled which was really nice. It's a workout installing the sled yourself, so it may be a good idea to have help. It wasn't too bad though. The range of motion is nearly perfect. The only thing I wish was different was that the stop for the sled was about 1" shorter so you can go deeper on the hack squat or the leg press. But it's really not a big deal. Overall I'm very happy with this product. It was shipped from New York and I live in Texas, and it got here in 10 days. Can't beat that.

Home Gym Quality - Great space saver
As the title states - Home Gym Quality. Don't expect this to live up to commercial gym equipment quality. This is a combination machine. Therefore you can't compare it to a stand alone machine. 1) Shipping You will receive this on a pallet with 3 boxes. 150lbs, 77lbs and 77lbs for a total weight just over 300lbs. You'll need a pair of tin snips or something to cut the steel bands, FYI. No complaints here. A great job was done. 2) Assembly 90% of this can be assembled by one person. However you will need help with the other 10%, as the carriage is fairly heavy. I think more stuff could have been pre-assembled by the manufacturer, but they did what they can to keep the cost low. Assembly is fairly simple if you make sure you take your time to understand the assembly drawings. Don't rush, because you will put something on backwards or miss a step. 3) Range of Motion I am 5-7 and I'm an ATG squatting type of guy. This machine locks out at just about parallel on Hack Squats and Leg Press, extremely disappointing! I plan on making an attachable platform (using 4x4's and plywood) to gain an extra 4-5" of depth. It will also be wider for a wider stance. You can remove the hard stop from the bottom, but honestly i don't think it's a good idea to have the carriage bottom out on the seat or on open end tube. 4) Quality This is where I will begin comparing it to commercial gym equipment, because i believe that is what most of us will be doing too. I will break this down into 2 sections. Leg Press (LP) and Hack Squat (HS). Leg Press - The foot base is sketchy. For a LP machine i feel there is slop in base that should not be there. The Base is also horribly undersized which forces you take more a narrow stance or almost shoulder width. The base also have 4 button head screws on it that can be annoying if you plan on pressing bare foot. The Base is also slippery. I would suggest you buy anti skid tape (sand paper or rubber type) and stick it on the base to have a more secure grip. Hack Squat. Base is a little sketchy too . I only loaded it up with 400lbs and the base wobbles slightly when you try to adjust your feet. Base also has zero grip on it. Buy some anti skid tape for safety. Base again is undersized. Dont expect a get a a wide stance out of this. Like i said before i'll be making a platform that will be wider than the current base, so that will give the extra space for a wider and deeper squat. The shoulder pads on this machine are tiny. If you're a larger individual, you're going to struggle to get tucked in comfortably. I'm used to leaning forward slightly to emulate a back squat, but it's not possible on this machine. Lock bars These things are terrible. Lift and lock makes no sense and the handles and way too far up for a short person (like myself) to reach them when doing HS. Padding It's home gym quality... not much else to say. I'll give it a year or two before i start seeing some wearing and tearing 5) This Compared to Commercial Equipment Commercial equipment will outgun this all day every day, so don't expect to buy this and have it replace your favorite leg press machine or hack squat machine at your local gym. 6)Is it a great piece for a home gym? Absolutely. 2-in-1 machine for a decent price. Cant go wrong. Would I recommend this? For some 5-7 and shorter - No, unless you don't mind not going to depth. ( you can see this in the product picture) Would I recommend this to someone 5-8 and taller - Yes, keeping in mind it's for home use and it's combination machine. 7) Would I buy this again? No - I probably would buy a stand alone Hack squat machine Do I like this machine - Yes, it's a great addition to the home gym in these quarantined times and it's nice to burn out on this vs back squats. 8) Final verdict. Do whatever makes you happy.

Have a friend help out when putting the sled in placesteps during assembly.
I bought this because I haven't been to a gym in years and a leg press is one of the things I missed most about the gym. The whole sled doesn't take up much space and fits in nicely with the rest of my equipment: Marcy Smith machine, pull-up and dip rack, climber machine, and bowflex dumbell set, and this is all in my 2 car garage with my tool cabinets and there's still room to park a small car. The machine is so smooth, I was blown away. This is because of the roller wheels the rack rides on obviously but it made every leg press I've used in the past, from what I can recall, don't compare to this machine. It's extremely well designed and built and the shipping company did an outstanding job of getting in touch and keeping me updated throughout the shipping process. I'm using this machine mainly for the leg press and hack squat movement currently. I'm not sure if I'm doing the pushing movement wrong but it seems to be an awkward position to use. I also had to buy 6 more 45 pound plates because I only had just over 500 pounds of weight in my whole setup and you really need to have a lot of plates if you plan on using this machine for mass building. It handled the 500 pounds I have like it was nothing so I'm sure it will be fine approaching its full capacity of 1,000 pounds. And I'm not saying it's 'easy' as I've been working out for most of my life and am 48 now so 500 is a good working weight for me, I just know that I could work with more and still feel comfortable on this machine. If you're on the fence about buying one you should probably go ahead and get it because Elmira barbell told me they only had a few left in the warehouses because of the supply chain mess. You will not be disappointed in putting your money on this machine for a home gym! Absolutely worth every penny and will pay for itself over time.
