How do you use it?
All I have been able to do with this product is peel my knuckles. I do not think it is safe to sell to consumers.

Inexpensive and Works as Expected
This was the cheapest and simplest ribbon peelers I've found. I got it to make long single strand of potatoes to use in my air fryer so that it can be spread out without laying on top of itself. It worked reasonably well. It would be nice if it came with some hand guard to helps you peel the last bits of the vegetable. You'll have with a triangular stomp at the very end and be careful with your fingers. Update: It didn't work so well for carrots, especially firm long carrots. The blade isn't sharp enough. It works pretty good for softer vegetables like zucchini.
