I am quite pleased with this product so far. I’ve used it 4 times and I can already see a noticeable difference in my skins texture and overall feel. My skin feels much softer, hydrated, plump. This serum goes on light, smooth and it isn’t sticky. I experience slight tingles, which it’s supposed to do. I’m fair skinned and my face does get a bit red for about 20mins. It’s not painful, but it signals to me that the product is working and it’s getting into the cells on a deeper level. I have mild rosacea, fine lines around the eyes and mouth. I’m also curious if it will help with minimizing pores on my nose. I have some dry skin as well. After 4 uses I do feel the dry skin is almost gone. That’s a great start. As far as the other skin issues, I’m willing to give this product a bit more time so…We shall see! But so far I’m feeling like I’m off the a great start with this product. My plan was to use the 2000PPM serum for a bit till I got used to it but to be honest it’s really not that irritating. I think the fact that my skin is so soft and supple tells me that it’s working. I will continue to use this for a couple more weeks before bumping up to the 7500PPM level. This is worth the price—this skin care line is very affordable and my skin has been responding to it so well. My skin has never felt so soft and hydrated. I’m excited to see the difference in a few weeks.

Perfect for serums. I feel my skin soak up my serums better after using this. There is a slight tingle but it’s not painful! Gives your skin a nice glow as well and works great. It’s light and no weird smell or stickiness.

This product strikes me as very gimmicky with dubious science per my research. The tingling sensation makes people think it's doing something. Bought on sale prime day. I have dry skin at 46 years. Did not cause any irritation, other than the sensation. However, it did absolutely nothing in terms of hydration, tightening, or even general exfoliation. The sensation also lasted quite a while, like half an hour, which was not pleasant. On the plus side, no strong scent to this serum. I have other PDRN products I prefer, such as the Cosrx exosome mask. I am a huge fan of the medicube pink collagen cream but not this product. Returned.

Fantastico… e la prima volta che uso le microspicole e le adoro… ho iniziato con molta gradualità per vedere come reagiva la mia pelle, ma non ho mai provato fastidio per la sensazione di pizzicore/bruciore che trovo assolutamente accettabile… e da un mese che la uso abbinata ad una skincare coreana completa e i risultati sono davvero da wow… ho già comprato la versione con 7500 che inizierò appena termino questo flacone

La entrega fue rápida, al día siguiente. Llevo usándolo poco tiempo, por lo que es pronto para ver resultados, pero sí que se nota la piel hidratada y suave. Al primer contacto ya se siente un hormigueo debido a la acción de las espírulas y no es nada molesto ni doloroso. Compré el envase de 2000 para empezar, el próximo será el 7500.

Nice quality, it’s enough for my sensitive aged skin. Dont have allergy, a little redness but I have outrés it in the evening and morning I have silky skin
