Yes, this is a ph balanced washed and will not remove a wax, sealant, or ceramic coating.

Can I use this to wash and aircraft? Does it meets the requirements?

Unknown what kind of requirements are listed for aircraft in reference to the use of exterior wash soaps/chemicals but it works great on RV's, boats, & cars/trucks, etc

What would the dilution ratio be to use in a foam cannon?

We recommend a dilution ratio of 5:1 but you can go up to 9:1 if you want to use less product.

Way too many choices why this one over the other Meguiar's washes?

Meg's offers many lines of products. And they are very smart to do so. All of their product lines are targeted to a specific group. From ol' Billy Bob who washes his car once in a while, to the professional detailer. This product (HyperWash) is targeted to the pro detailer or very discerning hobbyist. It is quite possibly the best performing car wash made. (And I have, and continue to try offerings from other companies.)
