Extremely disappointed with this product. The actual size is much smaller than it appears in the listing images, making it feel misleading. It does not match the expectations created by the product photos. The biggest issue is the after-sales experience. There is no return option, only a replacement policy, even when the product doesn’t meet expectations. There is also no easy way to contact the seller or get proper customer support through the app, leaving customers with no practical solution. The product may be functional, but it is not what I expected based on the listing. Before purchasing, be aware that if you’re unhappy with the size or overall product, you may not be able to return it.
