Aimeolyn Women's Real Human Hair Toppers, 16inch, Big Base, for Hair Loss or Thin Hair

First- The color I bought was the perfect match for my ash brown hair. It’s like they used my own hair for it! It wasn’t brassy or over shinny like other toppers I’ve owned. I gently sprayed it down with a little hairspray to make it less “new” looking and it was just right and ready to go. This is a 12” topper. It isn’t as long as my natural hair but that’s what I wanted because I needed it to blend well- when I wear it, it looks like I have layers. The fact that it’s thinner and has a lace cap makes it blend better and look more natural. It took several tries to find the right placement- I have a widows peak so the middle part didn’t look right. But doing a side part was great.i put the topper right close to the front, but allow about a finger width of space so that my natural bangs can blend with it. When parting it to my left, I used hair fibers on a eyeshadow brush to cover a little where my scalp shows so it blends in better where the cap starts. My other favorite things about this is that I can pull it into a pony tail and it stays wonderfully. My normally thin tiny ponytails and buns look horrible and this had just enough hair to give it a boost. It’s also so light I can wear it all day without pain or even noticing it on. My scalp is thinning from my autoimmune condition. It been getting progressively worse and I’m embarrassed to have so much of my scalp show. Hair fibers used to work but now too much of my scalp is showing, so that was no longer a good option. I highly recommend this- especially for someone new to hair toppers who wants a very natural look. Play around with it and where your part is, and hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I do! I feel like my confidence is back!

Nothing like what is pictured. It would not even cover the circumference of my head. It was the size of something for a baby doll. When you are scrolling and see the warning “frequently returned item” it’s true. The hair on the girl in the picture is not at all an accurate representation of the product. So thankful I was able to return. Save yourself the time and hassle and keep scrolling!

I got the 14 inch and 16 inch topper in B1 and I must say that the hair is very soft and natural looking. The hair color blends perfectly with my real hair. I have bought several hair toppers and this is the best hair topper I have tried so far. It is very seamless and easy to wear. The hair has enough volume and is perfect for coverage on any thinning hair or hair loss area. This seller has the best price I have seen. I have paid double the price to another seller for a hair topper that has very less hair and did not provide full coverage. The best thing about this topper is that the hair topper can be washed, colored, straightened and curled and can be styled any way you like. I am so glad to have found a hair topper that helps me cover my hair thinning and gives me the confidence to set out in the world without feeling conscious about my hair. Even my friends and co-workers could not tell that I had a hair topper on. The seller was very helpful to answer questions that I had and ready to consult with me on how to wear the topper perfectly.

UPDATED review, months after purchase 7/23/24 - I've purchased 2 toppers now, latest being #6 the other was too dark for me. Both are everything I stated below.....however, now after many months I've really noted that the quality of the hair has diminished. It might look okay in pictures, but to the touch it's a bit rough, dare I say a little "crusty". It separates in a chunky way, so I have to brush it constantly. See the picture with the lighter color. I just purchased some specialized wig spray and maybe it will soften it up. I'm changing my rating for that purpose only. This product is amazing! Like many other reviewers have stated here, I struggle with an autoimmune condition that has thinned my hair for over a decade. I really didn’t have any interest in a hair topper at first. More like “it is what it is”….but then I realized something like this might make me feel better. I’m now at a point where it is simply too thin and needed something subtle to help in my appearance and confidence. This topper exceeded my expectations. I purchased a different product before purchasing Aimeolyn hair topper and it was a disaster! That other product looked SO FAKE from the front. Then I researched and looked at all of the reviews for Aimeolyn. Thanks to the other ladies for showing pictures, this really helps. To start, this product is extremely realistic. The quality of the hair is perfect and it does not look fake. The mesh made the WORLD of difference when it comes to looking more natural. Truly made the difference. I washed mine and altered the part ever so slightly while it was wet. Allowed it to mostly air dry, then a gentle low heat blow dry did the trick. This made amazing, but subtle volume. I also attached it slightly to the left to match my “normal” part of my hair. The first day I wore it all day and could barely feel it on my head. That is really important, because have sensitive head. Wearing a hat or headband has caused me headaches before, so this was perfect. Attaching it is pretty easy as well. It took a few tries, but stretching it over as you clip makes it lay very flat. I touched the top almost all day and you can’t even really “feel it”. I was super worried about that. I would suggest adhering to the advice regarding coloring it. If you plan on coloring it darker, go with a light color topper. On mine, the color is a bit darker than I prefer (I thought I liked me with darker hair) but I’m excited to try more colors. Overall, would recommend this to anyone! Fabulous product.

Its not a bad topper, but the black mesh where the hair is weaved into really throws it off. It does not look like the demo where it is skin color on your part. Because of this it, it looks unnatural and I'm unhappy with the purchase.

I really like this toppers it fits well and its easy and lightweight. The only th8nk I notice after wearing it fir a couple of days its separates from the sides but its manageable.

I must start off by saying this piece had to be cut & colored to match my hair. (As expected) I purchased the #613 as was told it was the most ashy and lightest color (having less yellow/warm). I am a professional hairstylist, I have purchased many of these "type" pieces over the years and I must say this very nice quality it density allows for being able to cut the way I wanted & accepts color nicely (this often times can be challenging) the quality of the hair is great. Only thing it wouldn't do is accept color on the 'man made scalp' of topper piece, so to make it match I used a bit of brown eye shadow after placing on my head. If I had fresh highlights it would have matched better. I also, placed it further back as to integrate with my natural hair and on other days I put it more forward depending on the style I choose. It's extremely light weight and clips very securely can hardly tell I am wearing it. Wanted to take the time to write a detailed review to hopefully help others, blondes can be more challenging it seems to find just the right shade, I didn't want people to think it came to me this color they are warmer toned less "ash" as we know it. But can be easily toned (again expected, the colors on their site are true) FORMULA PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS: I used wella color touch 10/0 to tone (watched) and 7/1 (25 mins) at the base. I carefully pulled a few pieces thru but not thru the ends. Had to reapply only on the strands not base as I didn't fill, it would not accept with single application on 'lowlights'. (expected) Hope this helps anyone looking for a piece :) I'm not a selfie taker, please be kind and certainly don't like my photo posted, but I always appreciate when others do photos to help me when I read reviews, so I followed in the same. Looks like a toupee laying on the top of your head. It does not lay flat. There wasn’t anything I could do to get it to blend with my natural hair. For $80.00 I felt like it should have given me a better quality product. It was glaringly obvious I was wearing it.

I love the product, lest see how long will looks nice, but if sustain I will come back for more
