Great visual purchase/have not used yet
This watch is absolutely gorgeous. Itโs super blingy, eye catching, and looks even better in person. I also love that itโs truly big arm friendly just as described. It fits comfortably without feeling tight, which is hard to find sometimes. Great quality and sparkle for the price. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Below is my original review. I have now received a 3rd watch, at no cost to me, and it is keeping time beautifully. These watches are so pretty and look very nice in person. I was contacted by a rep for the company, Berg London, who offered to send me the third watch. I told him I would revise my review if it worked correctly. So far the watch is working great. I can say that this is the way customers should be treated and I thank you for that! Their customer service is great! If you have an issue, Berg London will handle it. THANK YOU! I bought one of these about a year ago. It worked for a while then one of the buttons fell off and the jeweler said that caused it to stop keeping time. So I bought a second one because the price was so affordable. Well you get what you pay for. The 2nd watch never kept time correctly. It would lose hours. I took it to the jeweler 3 times and he tried to help but as of today there is nothing he can do.

The watch broke while I was wearing it
This watch was so pretty but it was way too big. I was sent a tool to adjust it. But I still wore it the way it was. While I was at a party the watch just suddenly fell off. I picked it up and it was broken. Sucks because I really liked it but I had to send it back for a refund and find a different one.

Caused a sore.
Loved the watch and the size but whatever the coating thatโs on it made a sore on my wrist out of nowhere. I really liked the watch and got compliments on it. Nice weight and seemed like good quality.
