the item is in its original package, the item itself is about 4x2 inches, the package is 8x5 inches.

Yes they are rubber. Be advised that the picture is deceiving in that the grips have the pinky notch at the butt.

Yes they will long as they are J frame grips. I have same pair on my 442. Hope this helps
