I need a large hat and this one fits me, perfectly. The brim is wide enough for total protection of face and neck. I do not care for hats with extra wide brims, so this is just right for me. I love the lightweight fabric and 2 large air vents. Keeps your head cool while giving full coverage sun protection. There is a drawstring inside the rim of the hat if you need a smaller fit. The neck strap is attached in a position that does not get in the way, at all. It hangs loosely out of the way, ready to tighten if the wind kicks up. I like the snap up sides, for a different look once in a while. All stitching & seams are done well and look professional. Great quality. Great price. Hat rolls up and easily fits in your average sized bag. Bounces right back into shape and you can easily smooth out any wrinkles with your hand. I would definitely buy this hat again.

I bought this hat for safari, choosing a lighter color that doesn't attract bugs like darker colors. I figured it is disposable for the price, but the hat held up well and still looks new after 2 weeks of daily wear in the bush. It was easy to clean. My head didn't get hot/sweaty under it. The band is adjustable. I like that you can snap the sides up for a different look and easily release the snaps if you need more shade. The adjustable string was a necessity for riding around in an open jeep or for windy weather. I think the brim looks bigger/wider in the photos, but it provided plenty of shade most of the day. Great hat.

I purchased this hat because I woke up one morning and discovered that aging had apparently started without my permission. One day it was smooth skin, the next day it was fine lines, mysterious spots, and me standing in front of the mirror wondering if better lighting would somehow fix everything. After spending way too much time researching skincare products that promise to make you look 10 years younger (spoiler: they don't), I realized the first step isn't expensive creams, it's staying out of the sun. That's what led me to this hat. I specifically chose it because the color is neutral enough to go with pretty much everything, and the UPF 80+ rating sounded impressive. I'm one of those people who likes proof, and I actually wanted to verify that it had SPF protection so I bought a UV detection cards for about $1 to test the fabric. I'm happy to report the hat passed with flying colors. The fabric completely blocked the UV exposure under the brim. It wasn't "mostly blocked" or "kind of blocked." The cards showed full protection under the covered area, which gave me a lot more confidence that the hat is actually doing what it claims. The wide brim provides great coverage for my face, and the ponytail opening is a feature I use constantly. I almost always wear my hair up when walking or hiking, and it was nice not having to choose between wearing a hat and wearing a ponytail. One thing to know- the opening works best with a low ponytail. If you're a high-ponytail person, you'll probably need to adjust your hairstyle. For me, that wasn't a deal breaker. The hat is lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear for extended periods without feeling bulky or overly hot. Most importantly, it gives me one less reason to worry about what the sun is doing to my face.

Great hat, good price. Loved I could put my ponytail/bun through the brim to help hold it in place in windy conditions. Chin strap geld well too. Great for sun protection and looks pretty good too. Dried quickly when it got wet in rain or during water activities.

I love this hat. The stone color matches pretty much anything and thus far hasn’t gotten any obvious sweat stains. It might run a bit small, for some, though which is why I knocked one star. I have a smaller head and found it fit perfectly as is, so the elastic adjuster simply got in the way of putting my hair up in the pony tail opening and I snipped it off. It has snaps on the sides so you can adjust the styling and has amazing coverage/protection even with both sides snapped up. This also helps with wind resistance. It’s also really adorable with just a low side slung pony tail or hair down, but for long walks or humid days I love being able to tie my hair up and have it completely out of the way. My daughter has bucket hats from the same brand and she always insists I wear this to match her when we go on walks. Definitely a good spring/summer staple! Oh! I wear glasses and this helps keep my lenses dry in rain as well!

This a lovely hat. It has a broader brim than the one i had before which is great because it offers even more sun protection. I like the ponytail hole and the hat fits well.

Great sun hat. Lightweight. Fits well on my head. Breathable. I use it during my walks in the neighborhood but I can see it being a good beach or hiking hat as well.

Hat is lovely and light, the mesh on the sides keeps you cool. Ponytail slot on the back is good, strap is adjustable for comfort. I received the green and I will be ordering the beige as well. Very happy it. Good

Der Hut lässt sich gut auf 1/4 falten Farbe sowie abgebildet. Leider gab es nicht die Farbe Weiß Angenehm leicht mit 9cm Krämpe guter Gesichtsschutz und kein hartes anstoßen im Hochlehner und Ähnliches auf Kopfhöhe.Weitenverstellung mit Gummizug sehr praktisch und effektiv für stark Wind oder kurz absetzten verstellbarer Kinngurt Bin zufrieden/sehr zufrieden

Gute Qualität und lässt sich auch gut im Koffer verstauen. Leider sieht man mit solchen Hüten immer ein wenig aus, als gehe man auf Großwildjagd. Aber die Vorteile überwiegen definitiv (breite Krempe, anpassbarer Umfang und Sonnenschutzfaktor). Empfehlenswert.
