In my late 50's and decided to change up the underwear and decided to find something that would hold the balls up and keep everything in place. I've tried others but these are the ones I like best! Size M; B pouch. I have several other Realmen products and like them very much. Thought I would try these for the upcoming summer (we spend a lot of time at the lake); I’m not a big fan of swim trunks with liners and thought this would be a good alternative. But I was skeptical that it would stay in place. Should have listened to my instincts. This may be fine for men with larger packages but for smaller to average guys, the pouch doesn’t work and the family jewels come right out with any movement.
