Review: Fried Green Tomatoes! - That's what I bought them for.... my fried green tomato recipe calls for dipping in flour, followed by an egg wash, then corn meal/spice mix. These tongs are great little finger substitutes for the process. When they get too much build up, just rinse with water then flip a few more greenies. They would also work for tempura.
Review: Exactly as advertised - Just as advertised. I feel decadent using sugar cubes for my coffee.
