Came in one big box, containing the seat, back, 4 legs and a manual. Assembly is very easy and straightforward: Attach back to the seat (Slide along metal brackets), then attach the 4 legs (Threaded, with a ratcheting bumper pad). The legs are plastic but hold well when assembled. The light grey color is true as shown. The fabric is fairly soft, and the lower part of the back has a Velcro strip that attaches to the back of the frame base. It is as listed, just a basic recliner (No swivel, rocker, glider, heat or massage). The measurements are fairly accurate (Seat width 19", seat depth 20" and back height 25") and there is a side pocket on the right. It provides a good firm support without being hard or stiff. It is actually quite comfortable, reclines easily (Lean back and the footrest pops up) and does not require much effort to recline or sit back up. The arm rests are little low. The manual is concise and illustrated, with a scannable bar code, and has a phone number and email address for support, if needed. For a generic recliner, it is very well priced and fits me very well (I am 5'11" and 180lbs). It may not be suitable for a tall and heavier "full-figured" individual. If you like the big fluffy feel that you sink into, this recliner is not for you. For under $100, no complaint and overall, I have a very good initial impression. Please don't try to compare this with a $400-500+ recliner. Recommend and would purchase again. Thank you.

Super pleased! Took me longer to get it out of the box than to put together. Literally only had to screw on the feet and slide the back on. Reclines easily. I’m 5’3 and my heels are at the edge of the footrest. Not ideal for taller people who want to recline but perfect for me and teens. Reminds me of a motorhome recliner. The faux leather is soft, back is comfy and not bulky. Photo is of another “regular” sized recliner on the left that I got on Amazon last year for size reference.

I'm 5' tall and 145 pounds, so if I were much taller my feet would hang over, but for my height it's just right. Before buying any of these chairs, really look at the measurements and make sure you get one that fits your height and butt size. :-) Just like everyone says, super easy setup. The biggest hassle was dragging it in from the porch and then cutting up the box. I went into this purchase knowing that a $110 chair wasn't going to give me a real massage, and it's not. It's a rumble. But I already have a massage mat that cost about $150 and it works great, so I just put the massage mat on the chair and then put a cover on to protect the fabric from kids and animals. This whole setup works really well for me. Being short, it's always a challenge with massage stuff and chairs, but for what I paid, this is great. Plus it's cute and tilts back easily, which is perfect for my post-work collapse. For the price, I'm happy with it.

Surprised by the high-quality and comfort considering the low price. Very light and easy to move around. Only downside, it is not a wall hugger and needs plenty of space to stretch out when you recline. About 16 inches from the wall.

Size is perfect for what I needed. Reclines easily, goes back down easily. Maybe the chair legs could've been a little taller. It's a great chair.

I should, but I don't make the time to do reviews. This is a big exception. The Sweetcrispy recliner I purchased for my wife was the most insulting product I have ever seen. It was reverse-engineered to be a totally disposable, completely cheap product sold for the sheer purpose of making money. Not only did it take 10 days to get here (missing the holidays) but it weight 116.6 pounds in a box that clearly was not large enough to ship a fully assembled chair. Most recliners expect you to slide the backrest on to the two brackets at the back and then you're done. This chair was fully deconstructed and expected you to assemble the many pieces of precut plywood with long lag bolts to sandwich the two armrests together. I'm very handy so this wasn't particularly hard, but I was thinking, why was I even building my wives chair? The worst part is after you build the sides, you must slide on the material covered foam armrests. My chair came with two right sides and no left. Also, the covers were too small to even make it to the bottom of the plywood to zip up. Literally, my chair could not be assembled. Even if it could, the padding throughout and the lack of a substantial backrest would make this chair uncomfortable. It took 31 days to get my refund after returning the chair. Two facts: the chair doesn't fit back in the shipping box because all the cheap foam covers were vacuum packed at the factory and it would require another foot of height to fit and second, I had to fill out on online form to get the third party shipping company to pick it up. I feel sorry for everyone who purchased this chair and can only hope they can get it returned.

PERFECT FOR ME! When I ordered this chair, I was looking for a chair that didn't take up a lot of space. This chair fits that bill. I did not want one of those huge recliners that look more like a chair for your grandfather. I am 5'6" and weigh 160 lbs. This chair is exactly what I was looking for. The material is fabric (not faux leather as I had feared). It is VERY easy to assemble. It is solid, comfortable enough and reclines just fine. The massage feature isn't much to write home about, but that feature wasn't important to me. If you want a chair with an excellent massage feature, this is not it. Also, if you are taller than about 5'8", this chair is not for you. Your head will hang over the top of the chair back when you recline. If you are under 5'8", the chair back will support your neck perfectly. Also the chair width is narrow, so if you weigh more than about 175lbs, the fit would be tight. But for me, it's perfect. I am very pleased with my purchase and have actually ordered a second chair for my bedroom. Can't beat this chair for the price!

Very easy to install, completely amazed at the comfort and look of the chairs. Perfect for rv's.
