Beautiful Book
I bought this book for the other half who is looking to get more into game cooking and hunting and it has everything he needs. Very informative with good level of basic and further information, well presented with good pictures and recipes. Recipes are nice and easy to follow and are delicious. All in all, would very much recommend!

Much loved gift
Great gift for my partner, he has followed the show and was really keen on having the tips and tricks wrote down. Now I don’t think he has the stomach for hunting and preparing the animals but he will certainly use the book to cook more than a steak!

Great book even for a uk guy
Well there’s lots of things in this book that you can’t source in the uk but it’s still a fantastic insight into the world of hunting meals and the preparation involved. I will just have to cheat with some of the ingredients

Steven Renella delivers the wisdom without the ego.
Came in damaged... It was corrected and I was sent a mint condition book. The book is beautifully made and Steven Renella is the absolute king of wild game and fish. I love how he doesn't have " small man syndrome " like a lot of hunters who over compensate for their low testosterone.

Awesome book with a ton of different recipes to really elevate your cooking game. Provides unique dishes to really experience your harvest or how special it was. Hunting and fishing can be extremely challenging so while venison tacos are delicious, sometimes it's nice to step out of your comfort zone and make something truly extraordinary.
