Unfortunately this product did not work for me personally. However I had no bad effects and it was definitely worth a try, it seems like it helps most people! The seller is wonderful and was able to refund, even though they definitely did not have to do that!

What a great purchase! I have a lot of stress and trouble getting to sleep. This single handedly relaxes me and helps me sleep throughout the night. Couldn't recommend this enough if you need better sleep and help with relaxation.

This product has been phenomenal! I had been struggling with relaxing, falling asleep, and staying asleep almost every night. had already tried using magnesium and copious amounts of night-time teas which weren't proving to do the trick. The first few nights I started taking Celclene Magnesium Glycinate+ I would notice each time after about 20-30 minutes that I actually felt both physically relaxed and desiring sleep. Also, unlike other products, I didn't notice ever waking up groggy or having a hard time getting going in the morning. This is the first product I recommend to others when I hear they are struggling with getting good rest!When I took them during the day to see how they would effect my overall mood and stress level, I didn't feel groggy or slow, but rather calm and clear. Generally I save them for bed time but I can see the benefit of daily use as well!

Some of the ingredients conflicted with my medication! Had to stop taking. I did not feel right.
