Very tasty
Trying different vegetarian sausage this brand was delicious the flavor and texture great. I will purchase again.

Groovy breakfast item!
I don't know what it is about these things that makes them taste so good, but THEY TASTE SO GOOD! They don't taste like either meat OR dull soy/tofu mush. They're a thing all by themselves! But I like to have mine with sweet potatoes, microwaved soft then sliced up, plus some scrambled eggs and grilled onions, with other veggies added in small amounts depending on what's in season and what I have a taste for at the time. A dash of dill weed and parsley for seasoning, mix it all together in a wok with a bit of sesame oil, and I have a breakfast that's good for me AND really yummy! I get so bummed when these are sold out!

Too small, overpriced, and absolutely delicious
Looking at the image, it looked big for the price, I thought it was perfect. After, it was delivered, it was a tiny package, probably not going to fill up my stomach. After sauteing it with some EVOO. I ate half and was mind blown; it was so good. I left the other half for the significant other but I think I'm going to go glutton on it. It's so delicious. I love the taste. Yum. ๐โค๏ธ๐ Sorry no picture. I gobbled it up.

Taste, good, texture is not entirely realistic
It actually taste good, but the texture is not what you expect when you bite into it. Itโs a bit softer and denser. This would be good to mix with some thing else so you donโt focus on the texture or how itโs not like a real sausage.

Absolutely Delicious!!!
Wow! when preparing this sausage the smell that filled my entire house instantly transported me to a pancake house on a sunny, summer morning. The smells that filled the air were of deep maple tones with hints of smokey sausage. Simply delightful! The taste was spot on with maple and some spicy zings of black pepper in the after bite. The texture, if the sausage is not overcooked will be a medium-firm bite. The sausages that are pictured in the item description appear larger than the sausages actually are. My family and I are already counting the days to when we will purchase this item again. Three cheers to the Field Roast Company.

Perfect for breakfast @ work
As mentioned in other reviews, the links are smaller than what you'd expect. But ... they're so unexpectedly delish (apple/maple)! They smell kinda weird but cook up tasty. And they are fine if you decide to freeze them. I keep them at work, and microwave along with eggs (liquid eggs). A bit pricey but very convenient & keeps me from spending money on breakfast sandwiches from nearby eateries.

New Texture and Taste is OFF
The recipe has changed. These used to be delicious and now the texture and taste are way off. Old reviewers complain about taste and texture because they are probably meat eaters to begin with. I have always been a vegetarian and enjoyed the old recipe ALOT. So take it from that perspective if it helps.
